The capital of Catalonian area Barcelona and the capital of Spain Madrid are wonderful international urban. What the memory for Barcelona is not only beautiful seashore and Olympic Game, but also is the traditional virtue. Modern city constructions are rare. Everywhere is construction of different genres which are civilization left by the Rome, Arab, Judah and Christianity when they govern in different periods. They seem like an exoteric open air museum, and there is aesthetic feeling for everywhere. Among which are more than 50 museums that collect many maestros’ classical production, and this is a luxury. The dragoman tells us that the government takes much money to protect and decorate these old constructions. The people will be proud of antiquity. With the exception of not giving up tradition, Barcelona (Barcelona hotel) is a romantic and fashionable city, fashionable dress, delicious food, music, drama and dance is from soup to nuts.
Comparing with, the modern sense of Madrid ((Madrid) is stronger, but the art sense is weaker. It shows the Spanish cultural diversity. The ancient streets of city strew at random liking maze. Around these cities, those can see beautiful palaces, parks and avenues. Anybody can find their destination what they like and are treated warmly. The noisy and popular atmosphere is similar with the one of Guangzhou.
Some people say that one of the harvests of travel is to enjoy natural beauty. But if you can see the things that exceed layman's ability is the biggest harvest. However, what you can experience that there are only layman and madman in the world is art master Gaudi, Dali, Goyer and Picass if those are interested in art, it worthy going to Barcelona for Gaudi. Gaudi shows unique and strong individuality in his works, which makes he be criticized and he wins reputation after dying for over 60 years. He skillfully applies geometry design and adds brilliant colors mosaics or colored drawing or pattern glasses as decoration, and this pattern is popular in modern aesthetics. In Guell Park, there is davenport with mosaic ceramic tiles, small house and uneven monstrous walls, all attract people's eyes strongly. In addition, Milar house stands in the street. People can experience "the difference of talents and fool" in Dali’s works. In Dali museum, people always strive for knowing his non general dream world through his paintings and house works. Otherwise, famous painter Goyer’s works under the nearly crazy state, "peace" is created by Picasso with child's clumsy brush-pencil, and all shake people's mind.
Bullfight and Pamplola Bull-running Fiesta are the most enigmatical traditional action in Spain Spain travel). This time, I just run into the beginning of bullfight season. In Madrid, there are many matches in bullring. When we discern the fresh blood under the matador's heroic bearing, the bloodiness and dismalness that the bull is killed, what puzzles us now, why Spanish people are enamored of bullfight. It is reported that bullfight is a ceremonial that impetrates harvest for God in agriculture and animal period, and becomes performance taking die as ante after period evolvement. It is a unique aesthetics in tradition of Spain.
After 11:00 at midnight, there are many performances in Madrid. Boiling movements express Romany's sadness. This is Flamenco dance. We watch performance in a small shop. Some dancers wearing Flamenco dance skirt that has been become national dress step effectively. Enthusiasm is coming, it can not help surging thoughts or emotions. But the current Flamenco dancers are women of middle age, and nice girls are rare, because the young generation has been sidelined. However, the defects can not obscure the virtues, Spanish colorful tradition and culture is a rare "bright pearl". For many centuries, the culture community is built by different civilizations becomes so colored, and shows the fashioners’ unique talents, and accomplishes the unique status of Spain in the world culture and art.
Communication: Spanish people are famous for slow rhythm. It seems that airline company late is potluck. So, the visitors should make more time for transferring airplane. AVE equipments of "new main stem" train is very good.
Shopping: the quality of shoes leather, portfolio, leather clothes and leather glove is very good, and the handcraft is fine. In addition, you can purchase folk custom arts and crafts and hand works. It is worthy choosing for international name brand LOEWE. It is cheaper than the ones of Hong Kong.
Delicious food: the dishes of Spain are characteristic. The most especial is the dinner time. They will have lunch at 2:00 p.m. and have supper at 9:00 p.m. The Chinese people are not used to this custom and often are hunger. If they have formal western style food, it will spend more than 3 hours. This is an enjoyment for Spanish people.

Romantic, crazy, enthusiasm and mysterious I come back from Spain (Spain travel), I have deep impression for the red character of this country. The Flamenco women wearing colorful dress, handsome matador shaking red mantleall are romancing the beauty of traditional art of this country; Dali who created dreamlike and abstract world, talent painter Picasso who left deep impression and architect Gaudi who spilt prodigious literary or artistic talent……all still transfer a strong history sense that this country likes making dream and looking for dream for all visitors. With the development of world, European countries are opening tour industry to Chinese people gradually. European airline company has dredged direct transportation in Beijing and Shanghai. Each main tour area of Spain also gets ready for welcoming Chinese tourists. Spain is another hot resort after France, Italy and German. Now, please follow me to preview.
This travel main includes Catalonian area of Barcelona and Madrid (Madrid hotel). The reporters are certainly to see castles, churches and palaces. When they are tired, they also say "aesthetic tiredness", but giving the devil his due, these castles or churches or palaces that locate at different places are the rare history treasure of Spain. People are enamored with the tradition and art that many kinds of civilization impact and volley together.
The castle and church that the most worthy seeing
Beisalu that is not far away from Dali museum is stone castle with the old Rome style. As if you walk into the mediaeval period along with long stone bridge. The Jews and Roman left their footmark. Toledo that is far away more than one hour driving from Madrid stands between dangerous river valleys. When you stand out of moat to overlook Toledo, see those high towers, city walls and city gates, and it seems like that you see the battle in the middle ages. Here is the old capital of Spain kingdom ever, but it seems like a castle of story. The Christianity culture, Muslim culture and Jew culture are blended together, so it is listed as one of world heritages.
Another world heritage place—Segovia, it leaves a deep impression for people. The ole Rome high structure water bridge that is composed of 119 arches and long 728 meters is left by the Romans as their great symbol. Arcasar castle which is built following German Sleeping Beauty castle is grander than Hong Kong Disney. It was once stage background of Disney film "white princess". When you walk into it, you will think that you become the princess of the castle suddenly. When you come to the Segovia castle hotel, at the front of huge glazing, overlook tall mythic castle that stands on the top of Alcazar Mountains, you must be enamored of its majestic appearance. However, differing from castles, most of churches do not have preconceived visual impression for people. But go into it from unromantic walls, the scenery is vary. Montserrat monastery which has Catalonian protection spirit and the Virgin Mary's authentic work, Pilar Goddess Church in Saragossa city which is far away 296 kilometers from Barcelona and so on, all is beautiful and grand and luxurious extremely.

In previous time, there is a book is very popular. That is a "Kitchen Confidential", and it is written by an American writer Anthony Bourdain. It is till the writer describes himself that how to be driven into the ground by the night life of Spain for a powerful kitchen. When I see here, a schadenfreude feeling be welled up. I am also a casualty of night life of Spain. I go to Spain (Spain)again, and the most of what I heard of is that the traveling companion complains that the day is too long in Spain. So, people often loss patience. In May, the true summer is not coming in other place, but the night is coming at 10:00 p.m. at here. At the 6:00 p.m., the sunlight is still burning, and many shops are still not open.
You have to learn a word in Spanish language: Siesta. Under the burning sunlight all the year round, the shops are close at 2:00 p.m., and they are open at 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. Because for long siesta, every one is full of energy, and the night life is so crazy. In the city center, the streets are filled with people and cars at 2:00 a.m. at weekend. There is even a traffic jam. But the other information is that the running time of the underground is changed 24 hours at weekend in accordance with the requirements of the wide citizens. Of course, this is only Madrid (Madrid hotel), and it is only the second crazy. The first crazy is the capital of Andalusia Sevilla. We only say that the people have the gene of not sleeping. They do not have a rest in lunch, while it is not weekend, the bars and dance clubs are filled with people at 3:00 a.m. The street is crowded and this is true crazy all night.
But the second crazy city Madrid is so tired for you. For my friends, I am famous for "nuclear powered", it is to show my ability of staying up all night. There is performance of Andalusia dancing group. Before performing, it is the hottest a day, and I play a football with children for a moment. After performing, I clapped my hands. A Madrid friend comes to meet at the gate, and let me glance at the beautiful night scenery of Madrid. There is a big silver screen in the square to show the projects of Madrid photography festival. There is countless people to watch sitting or lying. I also watch gather myself together for a while until the friend calls me to eat potato cake and drink cider go to a small shop. We have snack at restaurant one by one. At this time, it is 1:00 a.m.
At the 2:00 a.m., the Madrid friend takes me to dance to a small ballroom. There are two husky fellows standing at the gate. The friend signs up our names and we go into without buying tickets. We see go into it, I surprised that there was only a few people. I looked the friend with wondering eyes and said: "is this the best Flamenco ballroom what you said in Madrid?" The friend did not care nothing for what I asked, "it does not start, we drink firstly". As expected, the people begin to come in succession at the 2:30 a.m. The ballroom was filled with people and music. Of course, this is only a beginning of dancing programs at that evening. At 4:00 a.m., the friend took me to the best discotheque in Madrid. It was rebuilt from a former count house. Before out of my head, there was still time to make my decisions: this is unique ballroom what I saw. At the 5:00 a.m., I began to snooze in TECHNO music. At 6:00 a.m., we went out the ballroom. The sky began to brighten up. Before climbing to the sweat bed successfully, the friend said that we had only last task. A perfect night ended or a perfect day began. We would complete it with a small deep-fried fluffy dough sticks. Ah? Now, I could not be dizzy yet. In fact, I walked to the fried fluffy dough sticks shop with clear head. But after eating deep-fried fluffy dough stick, a famous "nuclear powered of staying up all night" slept disregard of my face.

Costa Brava (it means abrupt coast) is located at Girona province of Catalonia municipality that is located at the northeastern shore of Spain. It borders on the south of France. The coasting of the beach is filled with dangerous reef, and there is beautiful bay and good quality sand beach on the raised coastline. The Mas de Torrent hotel is located on the highland that is at the side of Costa Brava beach (costa Brava holidays) which is full of reef. At the behind of hotel, you also can overlook a piece of lovely and peaceful small villages elegantly and quietly. "Brava" means that it is cruel extremely in Spanish. Therefore, the fancy and dangerous seascape once blazed many Spanish famous painters inspiration such as Salvador Dali, Picasso, Marc Chagall and so on. It is worthy mentioning that the monster painter Dali is born at Figueras that is not far away from the coast. The seashore small town Cadaques is place that artist builds and designs small castle in person for him and his love woman Gala at that year. Cadaques is well known for this.

At the midnight, the business district of Barcelona (Barcelona hotel)is crowded. The people wear a few, and they walk comfortably. It is until midnight that what a busy place with so many people coming and going. I more and more like this enthusiastic country. To sit the café at the road side and to see the people through glass windows, I feel that Spain is so comfortable as well as its climate. Barcelona is a city of Gaudi’s hands.
Go out of the Barcelona airport, a heat wave blows on the face, and it is filled with tropic breath. The bus drives to city slowly. We walk on our ways, the kindness feeling is stronger and stronger. It seems that those are in southeastern Asia or come back the south of China. Especially I had lived for a long time in London, the romantic of Spain is so excited. The city layout of Barcelona is very special, all streets are upright and intersect each other, and the length is same and is true "block", they are shipshape small diamonds seeing from map. If seeing from the sky, they are "well", and they are very grand.
Now, it has been midnight, and all neon lights are turned on, and the whole district is crowded. I more and more like this enthusiastic country as well as fire. It is that I am suitable for this great-hearted and young country. The people wear a few, and they walk comfortably. It is until midnight that what a busy place with so many people coming and going. With the exception of Oxford Street in London, other places are close very early. Spanish people are more enthusiastic. Because the language is not familiar, we often depend on "body language". Once we need to ask the way, we begin to be light in the head. It is clearly know that we do not know Spanish, but as long as you ask the way, they will talk about with you warmly. At this time, Spanish blows on your face. If you ask the old men or women who have rest at the road side, you are very giddy. You do not understand what she said, then her hand beckoned and many old men and women enclose you and give counsel for you at once. With the exception of nod, you do not have any other response. After asking, you are only light in the head. Sometimes they see people who come from country that speak English, as long as they communicate each other, everyone forced smile. Haha, they also are depressed as well as us. The traditional elevators are preserved in Spain. It is the ones that we see in the film. They are very interesting.
The building style is all-embracing in Barcelona, and most of them are modern buildings. Many residents are similar with the ones in southeastern Asia. The churches focus on the magnificence of continental style, and some resorts are filled with Middle East flavor. There was once a very famous architect—Gaudi. Many constructions come from his literary work. Gaudi museum and Gaudi art gallery the people who go to visit are in an endless stream. The symbol construction of the city central church, it was construction that he designed. It has being built till today, but it is not completed. The fine design at every corner is filled with originality. The carver is even high standards. No matter where you go, you will see his works with differing styles in Barcelona. Or to say, not stick to one pattern is Gaudi's style. After seeing several places, I can not help beginning to plaint his happy life. Which designer can have opportunity to design the whole city allowing himself? As a designer, this opportunity is the best luck.
Beach, sunbathe!!! I am very excited on the way to beach. There are so many beauties to see, of course, I will not stay idle. The good things should be shared with everyone. To take some pictures, the mood is good. I also see the old women of 60 or 70-year-old to enjoy sunbathe. They nearly do not wear. The sand is very fine on the beach, and the blue sky and white cloud, and I do not want to leave at all. But the sunlight is too enough, it is unprecedented that the skin begins to feel sore from a fresh sunburn. Cordoba is a old city with Islamic flavor. I have lived in Barcelona for two days and come to Cordoba. I doubt that I come to another country. May be it is close with Morocco, so it is filled with Islamic flavor. We keep the luggage at the railway station and order the schedule in two hours, then we go to the resorts. This is a small city and the resorts are collected together. An old city gate with more than 1000 years history, a heaven pillar, an Islamic construction group, the city is so beautiful. We have no more time to stay, and take some pictures to leave.
Sevilla Flamenco
We spend more than three hours to Sevilla from port Algeciras. Everyone have a rest on the bus, and I wake up on the half road suddenly and feel that the landscape is very beautiful. I am happy that I do not miss the sunflowers all over the mountains and plains and huge bullfight statue on the top of mountains. I won't sleep at this time. I gaze around the road, and see the bars, small town and western cowboys. Sevilla is the previous capital of Spain, and is the place that I am most favorite. It is a very pleasing city, measurable ease, measurable liveliness, including climate, life rhythm, and everything is very pleasing. Living in this, you will take easy completely and feel that you have holidays. In many visited cities including Paris, it is the most suitable city for living in my mind. To sit the café at the road side and to see the people through glass windows, I feel that Spain is so comfortable as well as its climate. Go to Spain (Spain travel), I won't miss its traditional dance Flamenco. With the exception of some big performances in the theater, there are some performances in local Pubs. We have ordered a Pub which is recommended by the local people and go to destination directly at evening. Flamenco deserves the reputations one enjoys really, its rhythm is very characteristic. Spanish dances of strong rhythm are very excited. Flamenco will be to my taste in all western dances, and it is cold but enthusiastic. At that time, I have an idea that if I have more time after years, I must come here to learn it for a period.
In my travel note, this part is indispensable. In Spain, you must taste characteristic seafood. The seafood of whole country comes from the same company basically. No matter where or which restaurant you eat seafood, it is authentic flavor. It is very delicious. In addition, ice cream is also very delicious. There are decades of flavors to choose for you in ice house.

French people like traveling to Spain (Spain travel)in holidays. Chinese in France will also include Spain's south tourism as the second choice of Italy. Spain’s sunny beaches can be said to be incomparable, and the world is well received. The "Mediterranean Manhattan" Barcelona occupies the coastal city location with cultural and economic aspects can keep pace with the Spanish capital of Madrid. So is naturally favored by tourists.
Barcelona was praised of the world's most beautiful cities by the most famous Renaissance writer Cervantes. Anderson named Barcelona as "the Paris of Spain." To get deeply impressed by the need to highlight tourism of this beautiful seaside city depends on a typical construction, the religious and cultural influence of the atmosphere; second, to feel the sun on the seaside and the enthusiasm of Spanish.
Sacred Holy Family Cathedral
Barcelona (Barcelona hotel) is not far from mountain and sea. Here, the ancient architecture and modern style mix together. No matter where you are in the city, you can see the Sacred Family Cathedral. There magnificent church with exquisite carving and four minarets straight to the sky, and it was proud as Barcelona symbol. This is a Frenchman were shouted "peculiar" to the church. Spain's greatest architect Gaudi her life to the framework. Four minarets, plant and animal shapes decorative and pottery are used rare. From the church started construction in 1882, over one century, is still not completed.
Gaudi does not produce vertical wall, corner of the no rectangular effect, coupled with the balcony Phantom design and romantic stories of the exotic stone pendants. No wonder it was known high Gaudi as "downright genius in the construction industry." Catalonia, from the plaza to the neglected avenue, a famous shopping streets, there are many on both sides of the street on behalf of a new artistic style building. Two of buildings are the Gaudi design entries: Bart strategic and Pedreira. Gaudi’s debauchery of the imagination gives the construction acts independently and passionate quality. His single-handedly with the design, UNESCO has now become "an important cultural heritage of mankind" Mr. QUAYLE Park. All the constructions are Gaudi-style realism representatives.
The sun was shining in Barcelona
Barcelona worthy of the "Art City"。 Modern art masterpieces of Picasso, Miro, Dali and others were born here. Picasso has two museums in the world, one in Paris, another in Barcelona on the 15th Road, Moncada. This beautiful home is a built in the 15th century and has a quiet courtyard and decorative stress room. Here was the young Picasso's home, the library collection of his 700 number paintings. It is not difficult to see from him a solid basis for rigorous painting. Early Picasso was widely divergent with his the future ultra-realism and abstract period. It should be said that the understanding of Picasso, should begin from Barcelona. Moreover, Miro, the world largest collection of works of the painter, has the most abundant is the "Contemporary Art Center" in Barcelona. There are more than 200 pieces of sculpture, watercolors and other works of art.
Walking through the Blue Brad Street and the coastal embankment of Barcelona, you can find quiet and shelter spacious blue Blazy Reren of Main Street is well walking street, continued with the old market of enchanting flowers. On both sides of the street chic decorative flower shops, bookstores, shops and restaurants in Israel, so you can take photographs everywhere are a good background. Walk through the streets with tourists who brush past to see street performers will be blotted out their own white paper and dressed as a warrior, puppetry, politicians or clown, absolutely lifelike.
This street stands a 60-meter-high Columbus monument. From 1492 Columbus first returned from the American Adventure, Barcelona first heard him officially announced and described strange new world.
Quiet and Beautiful Beaches
If Barcelona is becoming a gathering of European cities, then the Riviera weekend is a good place for gathering. To hold the Olympic Games in 1992, the beaches are training more attractive and modern facilities to many visitors walk through and fly places. Grassy riverside parks that night, the tired people gather together here. Music sounding, the clingy dress "Matador" and cast beautiful Spanish woman jumps to loud dance, getting more and more of their shadows. You will suddenly discover that the tourists around with the rhythm of music began to "warm up", or clap, or to simply jump insiders to "swat" for something. If you pre-prepared several Bull dance movements, they may be useful.

Spain borders on Portugal, but the climate is not popular and gentle as well as Portugal. The area of Spain is wider than the one of Portugal, so the difference of climate is obvious. The north of Spain and coastline of northwest is maritime climate; the central area is Mesate plateau, and it is continental climate; the southern area and the Mediterranean Sea coastline are Mediterranean climate.
Spain located on the Iberian Peninsula (Ibiza) has two obvious seasons, and they are dry season and rainy season. It is sunshine from May to October every year, and it is cool at night. At this time, it is dry season; it is rainy season from November to April. At this time, the rain water is more, and the temperature is not high. To sum up, the lowest temperature is not less than 0 degree. To travel to Spain in winter, you only wear a coat. At the beach, the highest temperature is 23 degree in summer. The suntan lotion is necessary.

In BC 123, Balearic Islands was merged into the Rome Empire. From the ninth century to the 13th century, the Arabs occupied the Balearic Islands, and the Palma city formed current city scale basically. In 1229, the king of Aragon Chaime I got the city from the Arabs. Afterwards, the buildings of the city were rebuilt for large scale with Gothic style. At the middle ages, with the development of trade on the sea, there were many palaces built in the old city. In 1715, Mallorca Islands lost its monarchal position, and “the city of people of Mallorca” was addressed Palma. From the 19th century to the beginning of this century, the old buildings of the city were destroyed badly. From the this century, with the development for large scale of tour industry and the increasing of the population, hotels, houses and other modern buildings were increasing fast. At present, the city is still rebuilding. There are many churches, fanes and castles in the city. The beach is clean and calm, and the sea water is clear. Travel to Spain, which do not to pursue Don Quixote's old dream, do not to cherish the great achievements of great soldier Hannibal of Carthage, do not to look for the stimulation of Spanish bullfight, do not to recall the history that Columbus found the new continent, even do not to visit the bloody fortress which against Franco in order to defend the People’s Republic in 1930s.
Spain is filled with history mystery, which also opens out the history rule from detaching to uniting. In 1100, the Phoenicia people had already controlled the Mediterranean Sea’s trade and established colony in the Cadiz Port of Spain, even collected the tin as far as the British Cornwall, the Spanish gold mine provided huge wealth for the Phoenicia people. 7th century BC, the Greeks went to the Spanish colony, there was a Greek mythology, the golden apple grew in Spain which was guarded by Hessambersi and was picked up by strongman Hercules. The story indicates that there is an ancient country slept deeply in the Atlantic seabed of the west of the Cadiz Port: Atlantis. After that, the Carthage of the northern Africa dispatched troops to occupy Spain and crossed the Alps to attack Rome.
241 B.C., the Roman people defeated the Carthage army. After 30 years, the Roman people occupied the Spain. 7th century A.D., the African Moors of the Western Sahara Desert crossed the Strait of Gibraltar and involved in the civil war for the contention of the king throne. The Islamism established a country in Europe with breaking day, which was destroyed by the Catholicism in 13th century. The Moors (a branch of Arabia) established a flourishing city, the stone buildings were built, culture flourished, the universities and libraries became a center of attracting a large number of the European talent.
In 7th century, when the streetlights were lightened in Cordoba city, the Western Europe was still in obscuration, the night of London and Paris were dark, which is as the same as suburbs. The different nations flowed from south to north in Spain, passed in and out time after time, some nationalities were assimilated, some nationalities remained unique culture and language for close terrain, the Basque people is the prehistoric blue eye nationality’s descendant, which is along with the Atlantic of the northwest Spain. They speak ancient language, and remain a large number of animal and the dying nouns of Neolithic time till today. Also it is different with Latin and Germanic, it is a living fossil of human language.
Spanish culture is collection and engraftation of various cultures. Today, Spain get along with many nationalities, the ancient landmarks and buildings colligate architecture art feature of Islamic temple and Catholic Church all the same. In Cordoba city, the large circular vaults and mosaic glazes paved Arabia style emanate color rays of light under the setting sun. The same building, towering gothic steeple enchases the biblical figures relief, and also is filled with awfulness and heavenliness of Catholic Church. The church is different with the one of the Western Europe. Different cultures are melted into together so harmoniously, which reflects huge containing of Spain. It is just for this, the Spain establishes material civilization which is unlikely to be support by its resources. It will spend 7 or 8 hours to drive to northwest highway from Barcelona, everywhere is mountain, which spaced out different areas, different nationalities and cultures are partitioned but they are harmonious. Catalonia, Galicia, Basque carry out self-government, Castilla and Andalusia are the two mainstreams population.
Looking at the mountains from Barcelona to Madrid highway, the mountains are bare, the earth is yellow and gray, there is any plant to grow except for olives, which is almost the same as Gansu Province. The rain water is not much, there are 400 millimeters a year, and it is hard to see a person. There are a few letters in my mind: “barren mountains and untamed rivers”. This is only Chinese people’s idea. Because the population of China is too much, instead, the population of Spain is little. They can grow grape to brewage, grow olives to extract oil. The Spanish people specialize in baking ceramics. There are many architects in Spain. The Spanish house and villas are well-known in the world. This reminds us of Meixian and Xingning in Guangdong, the conditions are better than Spain, why they can not rapidly improve the level of economy and living of these mountain areas after they grew up? What are the obstacles? It looks as if the key is the officials’ diathesis. Do not depend on petty trick and heterodoxy to carry on economy construction. Liking these areas in Guangdong, if some officials reduce the crooked idea of unexpected wealth, then the economy will embark on the right path.
Barcelona is a tour industry city. There are many large passenger liners to anchor on the port. Each country tourists who take part in the Mediterranean Sea travel, the north Europe travel will enter ship, then they spend 7 to 10 days to travel around the Mediterranean Sea or the north Europe, it is very pleasure. On the main streets of Barcelona, there is shade of forest and lawn in the middle of street. The people walk in the central, and both sides is the roadway. In Umaklaran Road, both sides is shops and restaurants. On the outside of the pavement is a traveling crane line, the middle of road is walking street. The umbrage is composed of tall arbors. When it is 40 degree, you will feel cooler at the trees. Both sides of walking street is traveling crane. The walking street is filled with vendor and restaurants, or selling flowers, or selling antiques, or kinds of performances, which attract many visitors. There are a large number of tourists who come from different countries, white skin people, black skin people, yellow skin people and so on. This reminds me of walking street of Tong Luo Wan, it is so short that breaking the world records. It is difficult to form a tour district atmosphere that forbidding selling, dancing and singing, even if people do not payment. Barcelona can become the center of the European ships. Hong Kong rich businessman suggests that invest 10 billion yuan to build a mail ship port in the north corner. Moreover, the special zone authority does not authorize and lose business opportunity for nothing. If the officials think about the development of Barcelona, they will know the tour industry development of Hong Kong is laggard extremely.
Ever Spain is the manufacture center of automobile and shipbuilding industry in 1980s. However, with the expanding of left-wing unions force in 1980s, the worker became dominant force and many labor’s laws are established. As a result, the cost was rising, capitalists pulled out funds, the unemployment rate reached up to 22% in Spain, the workers were out of work. They were aware that the unions force was too strong, the capitalism was failed finally. The workers were the most unlucky. Afterward, the unions asked that modifying the law and resuming the former appearance, the automobile industry comes to, which became the third largest auto-producing countries in Europe. Whether Hong Kong engages in capitalist or not, from the Democratic Party inclines to working class, being supported from the long-haired, street workers, which may think more than half.
The most impressive is the Bilbao of Basque region, which is the most flourishing vacation center in Europe. Guggenheim Museum attracts a large number of the European visitors. There is the most famous bathhouse, flourishing shopping center at there. The sunlight is enough. However, the local people pay attention to the cultural cultivation and specialize in viewing the show in museum, this is culture details. If Hong Kong copies a Guggenheim Museum by rote, establishes a culture and art district in west Kowloon, how about the effect? It is worrying, since our neighboring areas are same as Hong Kong, which lacks profound culture art interests. After the museum completed, how much the benefit, we should have scientific investigation statistics.

The resorts of visiting should be similar with the ones that the friends went to. Now I introduce some problems of basic necessities of life in travel.
The most troubled problem for going to Barcelona is to look for the cheap hostel on internet going ahead. (The cheapest one is 20 euro). The hotels found on internet are either too expensive or is not superfluous. Perhaps there are not websites of these, so they are not found on internet. If you are not tiring, you can look for them slowly after getting off airplane. Before there are several cheap hostels being found on Internet:
The beauty hostel (a Chinese hostel, which is the cheapest one on internet. It is 15 euro a person a night.)
Hostel Sun & Moon (this is hostel which has a good reputation on internet). It can be found on Google website.
Chikyuya (it might be opened by Japanese. It is very clear and cheap. It seems comfortable from the photograph).
Abba Young Hostel (we live here. It provides breakfast, public bathhouse and washroom. There is coffer, refrigerator and microwave oven. If you only sleep at night, you can consider here. The hostel located on the borders between Hai Bin Road and Gothic district. The only bad factor is that approaches the bar street. It will be noisy at weekend night. But if you would like to have a drink, I suggest that you can choose this hostel). It can also be check on Google website.
I strongly suggest that you go to every resort by bus. You will be tired extremely on foot. The tour bus, and it only costs 22 euro per two days; if you order the ticker on internet, you can enjoy 10% discount. You can exchange ticket at airport or railway station information office with internet affirmation message. You will be informed when start to visit.
The tour bus is divided into red, blue and green lines. You can turn to blue line from red line and turn to green line from blue line. You can sit one time for three lines respectively. It will take five hours if you do not get off at resort. The earliest bus is at 9:00 a.m., and the frequency of coming and going is high. The red line main comes by the middle and north of Barcelona city. There are many uptowns. The resort includes Sagrada Familia, Park Guell and Barcelona team. The resorts are more relatively. There is Columbus plaza, Catalunya plaza, Milor masion, Estacio de Sants, Placa d’Espanya, Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya and Olympic Park. You can spend more time on this line.
Although the green line is along with the seashore, the bus goes into the vacation resorts for most of time. It is meaningless to see uptowns and beautiful hotels. We do not know that whether selling the ticker for these resorts on internet in Barcelona. If it is ok, we had better buy ticket on internet, because there are a large number of tourists, and it will take half to one hour to queue at each resort. It wastes time and energy. Our lessons are painful. We went out at 9:00 a.m. by bus, and we only visited La Pedrera and Sagrada Familia to 13:00. When we reached Park Guell, the burning sun is too hot to continue to visit. People will learn from our lessons.
I will add a sentence at here. The fountains at Spain plaza only are opened at 8:30 p.m. at weekend. It only is opened for half hour, and it is very grand for sure. What’s more, every museum does not seem to be opened at every Monday (with the exception of La Pedrera and Sagrada Familia) as well as German. About the more detailed resorts in Barcelona, the people can consult other notes on internet. I took many notes into consideration before I went to Barcelona .

What my impression of Madrid is that it is an enthusiastic and crazy city. To see Madrid people, their skin is deep brown. May be it is too hot. The figure of surface is clear, the nose is top, the eyes are deep and the eyebrows or eyelashes are too thick. Madrid people always get a load of you such an unscrupulous from head to feet with boastful eyes. They will never kindly and warmly nod and greet with you like Berlin people. While they remind of you that you are other areas people every minute, and they are host of this land. I am surprised for this monster feeling. Madrid people can not express themselves very well in English. On the whole, most of Madrid people can not understand English. We live in a four-star hotel, the manager only speak a little English. We feel that the communication is an obstacle.
There are many resorts in Madrid. The most famous is Puerta de Alcala. This is the city center of Spain. Because the plaza likes the center of sun, and other roads are extended like rays of light. So it is called Puerta de Alcala. In fact, the plaza is not big, and everywhere is shops. Madrid people trip such a short. We are in the mood today and laughed away the time. Although it is too hot, our interest is high. In accordance with the guideline on the map, to pass several pacific roads and streets, we get to the modern city center of Madrid unconsciously—Meyer Plaza. This is a big plaza, which all sides are surrounded by white-orange bricks. There is a bronze standing in the center of plaza, and that is Don Quixote. There are many people in the plaza. Some people are gazing at figures. Sharing works on the ground, and many people come to see. Those kindly are talking about in Spanish language. Of course, I take some pictures with open arms.
Stay for minutes, we wander for a while following the map and find that there is a big church nearby a crossroad. The church is open, and we go into it with a curiosity. There are rows of davenports in it, and some people seem praying or respecting. I do not understand the consuetude of here, and I only feel that the atmosphere is solemn. I can not help smiling. But I do not dare to laugh wantonly lest I should break the punctuality. The church is big. We randomly walk in a circle and rush through the next statues. When we go out the church, we feel a cold wind. We sit down and drink and take a few pictures. We also make fun that we will sleep here tonight.
To walk for some minutes, we get another famous resort—royal palace. It is not open, and the gate is close. We only enjoy its appearance outside. The building is very wide and big, but high. There is a space at the gate. I see some people repairing a corner. That may be the reason why it is not open.
There are many plazas in Madrid. Almost every few crossings, we can see a large or small plaza. The traffic is convenient, and the underground runs through the whole city. In addition, the streets are very clean.
What I can not help mentioning is that we personally go to watch the national treasures here – Bull. This is a lucky opportunity. It is held at weekend or holidays. We choose a best bullring and a good seat. It costs 3500 Spanish pesetas, and it is equivalent to 300 yuan. When we enter into, the seat is crowded and the first match has been finished. There is a rule that once the bullfight has been begun, the audience can not come into and only to watch TV outside.
There are several phases: the first is flirtation, and the bull is anger. A matador riding a horse cut two long spears in the back of the bull. If it is successful, the fresh blood flows from the bull back. The next is to continuing to flirt. The bull is more anger. The matador will cut six krises in the back of the bull. At this time, the back of the bull has been filled with the blood. The bull is crazy. The matador must continue to make the bull anger. At last, a yataghan is cut into the heart of the bull from the back. The sword tine is in the body of the bull, and the handle is out of the back. This is the most pivotal step. Within a few seconds, the bull will fall down. There are four horses pulling away the bull. The audience will applause and scream warmly. This may be a local consuetude. The bullring is open air. I feel a slightest cool when a wind blowing. If I see the match myself, I will feel frightened and lonely.
Although our trip is hurry, we visit the some famous resorts. We enjoy a wonderful bullfight and delicious meal. At here, we learn a lot, and buy some remembrances. In Spain, Madrid, we left our footprint and also took away some memory.

Balearic Islands located on the western Mediterranean Sea, and is between Iberian Peninsula and south of France and north Africa. Balearic Islands are composed of a series of islands. Not only are there many same points, but also there are many obvious differences. Thus, many people think that because the geography position of these islands is close, they are addressed Balearic Islands. The different history experience is one of the reasons that making these differences. Ibiza, also is Eivissa, has been affected from the Carthage and Arabia culture; Mallorca Island has been affected from the old Roman culture; Menorca has obvious British culture branding.
There are some same points and differences for the geography position of every island. So does tourism. In summer, Mallorca Island is more elegant than Menorca, but it is not more peaceful than the latter. What’s more, the summer of Ibiza is famous for active night life. Although these are a long-standing argument, it contains a certain theory. Balearic Islands are a famous tourism resort, and also is a main tourism destination in the western Mediterranean Sea. The bays are the counterpart of the beaches, and to form a charming summer holiday center. The resorts hide in the island land also attract many tourists for special charm. Balearic Islands are composed of Mallorca Island, Menorca Island and Ibiza Island. Among which the most famous island is Cabrera, and it has been become Parque Nacional Maritimo Terrestre.
The area of islands is more than 5000 square meters, and the length of coastline is 1239 kilometers. Balearic Islands are one of the seventeen municipalities in Spain. It has own capital. The name of Balearic Islands is spelt as lllesBalears in another local office language. Balearic government, Balearic parliament and the committees that are set up on above three islands respectively are the management institute of the islands. The airplanes and ships are taken responsible for the communication of three islands. There is a large number of direct flight at the airports of three islands, and they are linked to the main European airports. There is only railway in Mallorca Island. But the long-distance bus networks are developed, and people can get any corner. In addition, it is convenient to rent cars for traveling in Balearic Islands, and many of the tourists favor.
The total population of Balearic Islands is more than 700 thousands. Almost a half of population lives in the capital Palma. The distance between Palma with Barcelona and Valencia is 132 sea miles and 140 sea miles respectively. The flights and ships ferry three islands every day. The population of Ibiza Island is 80 thousands, and the one of Menorca is 65 thousands. These islands are typical Mediterranean type of climate. The weather is warm. In spring, the average temperature of Balearic Islands is 19.5 degree, and in summer is 27 degree, and in autumn is 20.5 degree and in winter is 15 degree. The average temperature of a year is 17 degree, and the average temperature difference of each island is not obvious. The number of sunlight days is 300 every year. This special advantage has huge attraction for tourists of northern Europe who hardly enjoy sun in their nation. So Balearic Islands become an important tourism resort.
Windmill is a traditional bailing mode at this area. In the Mallorca Island agriculture irrigation distraction, windmills breathe into the special lasting appeal for the pretty pastoral scene. Now, these windmills have been abandoned. However, those can visit the affecting windmills sight at Pla de Sant Jordi, Campos, Muro and Pobla.
The industry of Balearic Islands is developed. There is shoes industry, simulation jewelry, furniture and artificial pearl. The production of furniture and artificial pearl is concentrated in Manacor area.
However, the most influential revolution for the economic and social structure is that the travel peak since from 1950s. In the 19th century, George Sand, Chopin and Austria archduke Luis Salvador visited Mallorca Island. They also extolled the beautiful scenery of this island in their productions. The good name of Mallorca Island was well known widely. Many European artists and authors called on Balearic Islands. Among whom are infatuated with flourishing scenery. The enduring art works what they left, including dozens of travel notes and a large number of painting works, are the best proof for this.
Many authors, painters and artists choose this peaceful island to produce art works for the warm climate, beautiful sea beach and enough sunlight. Santiago Rusiol once appraised Mallorca Island “peaceful island”. At the beginning of 1950s, Balearic Islands greeted the flourish of tourism industry. Especially in 1960s, there was also the phenomenon of exploding tourists.
With the exception of general hotel facilities, there are many high quality entertainment places, such as gymnasium, golf course and village farmhouse. The tourists have opportunity to have a rest at the peaceful island.
Although Balearic Islands establishes a great number of houses for accepting endless tourists all the year, many traditional and beautiful buildings are preserved. The buildings of Mallorca Island, Menorca Island and Ibiza Island root in the different traditional culture respectively. The building style of Mallorca Island is august and grand, and the living space is wider. People associate the classical Roman buildings; the cube housing printed with lime in Ibiza Island has similar feelings with the town of the north of Africa. People associate the houses what the Carthage people left at here; Menorca Island preserves the British scene.

have found an interesting article about travel in this blog. The title is “london map” and its website is london travel guide. It is written in english, but I strongly recommend you to read it. Let me know about your impressions. If you have more time, please enter into this website and know more details.

Me parecía tan raro.

Germany attached great importance to honesty
Germany often emphasize on honesty, you can not say “yes” if there is “no”, otherwise, everything is turned out worse. There is a big problem: examine the qualifications to study in German. There are some students to study to German with false educational certification, there is something wrong with the students as well as agencies. The actual age of some students is less than 18-year-old, who have had diploma. Although these students live in German, they do not have certification which is authorized by German embassy in China. They also do not dare to come back to check, since the students who do not have the examine proof are not allowed to enter into the German free public universities, those worry about for this all day. So it is advertisement that those who do not have true certification cancel going to German plan.
The German public universities are free, but enough economy support. Many students and parents come to German for this, in fact, it is not too easy. At the first year, the living expenses are taken from advanced saving earnest money account. Every month is 500 euro (4000 RMB), which can assure the basic living a month. Abroad earnest money account is 6500 euro, 1600 euro of them is not used for living expenses before leaving German. This means each of the students will take money from earnest money account for ten times, which assures that you can live ten months at there. However, the students who live in German, it is impossible to pass DSH test within ten months to enter into the universities, so you can not get the work permission, illegal employment is not allowed in German. Moreover, you have to pay tuition of language class in ten months, for example, InterDaf German language school, the tuition of language class about more than 3 months is 1800 euro, about 14000 RMB. Some students will took considerable long time to pass the test. It is difficult to study unceasingly if you do not have enough fees. There is a problem of extension of the visa for the students who have been to German for one year. You should ensure that there is 5000 euro in your account, otherwise, it is hard to leave in German, even if you borrow money to your account from the other students, since every students will need visa so no one has extra money to borrow you. Therefore, it is wrong to think that it is cheap to study in German.

I have found an interesting article about real estate in this blog. The title is “properties spain” and its website is properties spain. The “valley Effect” in Barcelona Olympic Games
With the exception of “Montreal Trap” proper noun, there is a special term which is similar with it—the “valley effect in Olympic Games”. Although Athens follows the same “Montreal Trap” road, it is actually rare that the host city for Olympic Games is so tragic like Montreal since Los Angeles Olympic Games introduced into commercial operation in 1984. However, “while the priest climb a post, the devil climb ten”, the host cities for Olympic Games just walk out “Montreal Trap”, and run into “valley effect in Olympic Games”.
It is hard to avoid “valley effect in Olympic Games”
The so-called “Olympic valley effect” refers to the economy of host city for Olympic Games is in downturn for lacking of demands after the Olympic Game is ended. There is a full period for Olympic economy. From the successful application to formally hold and to the extension of other effects such as the economic, political, cultural after Olympic Games, the affection will last for ten to twelve years. There is a obvious phases features for Olympic economy. It is divided into three stages that the former Olympic Games stage (the Olympic preparatory period for about seven years), the Olympic Games stage (the year when Olympic Games is held) and the latter Olympic Games stage (generally refers to 3 years to 5 years when the Olympic Games finished). In the former stage, because the investments of the Olympic venues and other basic facilities will be increased, the development of economy is very strong. Especially within two years, the economy phenomenon of host cities is overheating during that period in generally. In Olympic stage, due to there is a large number of people burst into the city, which drives consumer demand by strong, and the economy is so dynamic. But in the latter stage, the economy of city often falls off and steps into valley.
To explore the reasons of “valley effect in Olympic Games”, we will find four factors. The first is that the excessive investment before the Olympic Games and the economic risk for declining investment after holding Olympic Games; the second is that lacking of making full advantage of the Olympic venues and other basic facilities causes investment risk; the third is that overheated real estate industry may result in bubble economy for Olympic Games; the fourth is that decentralized development and construction of urban and the layout and structure risk. The four factors is so interlocked that it is difficult to solve. There is few host city avoiding “valley effect in Olympic Games”. Even if Sydney, the city that is called as “the most successful Olympic Games in history” by the former chairman of International Olympic Committee J.A. Samaranch.
“The most successful Olympic Games” is not perfect
There is a genius commercial act for the Board of Sydney Organizing Committee after Olympic Games. They summed up the whole experiences for preparing Olympic Games in letter, and sold to International Olympic Committee by 3.5 million dollar. Before this, the host cities for Olympic Games would introduce experience to the international Olympic Committee and next undertaking country. But this is the first time that seeing the experience as intellectual property and to sell. The unique regret for this commercial act is that earlier two years. If the committee could add the analysis and summarization for why Sydney runs into “valley effect in Olympic Games” in sold information, and the price would be double at least. Sydney has qualifications of wining the beautiful reputation of “the most successful Olympic Games” indeed. With the exception of systematical organizing work, Sydney improves its international name recognition and international image through undertaking Olympic Games. The environment and construction are also improved, and it also gets the rich economy returns. In accordance with the statistics of economy analysis center, Sydney Olympics brings 65 billion dollars in economic activities for Australia. The State of New South Wales that Sydney located accounts for 5.1 billions dollar.
But “the most successful Olympic Games” is not perfect. After Olympic Games, the GDP growth of the state of New South Wales is slowly declined and it was until 2003 that the growth rate was not be improved obviously. The investment had been fallen, but there was a negative growth. In real estate, the house value was increasing from 1993 to 1999, the average house value was increased by the rate of more than 10%, and the house value nearing by the main venue was doubled within three years. The annual average growth rate was nearly 40%. After Olympic Games, the real estate market started falling off, and it affected the lasting development of economy badly with a depression. It was stopped after two years.
So did the sport venues. There were only eight matches in the Olympic Games sport venue with 111 thousands seats in 2002. It was better somewhat in 2003. There were 24 kinds of matches from January to October. The total number of tourists was 869 thousands. With the exception of Adidas international title match every January in tennis ball center, there was few other important tennis matches. The aquatic sports center made its living by carnival and corporate activities, and it would lose three million Australian dollar.
Olympic Park also was bad. It held 1750 activities in 2002, among which 8 sport matches. This situation was lasted to 2004. The government made was to reposition into “exhibitions and entertainments center”. Some statistics can reflect this change. The average living rate nearing by the sport venues was 70%, and the former one was 30%. By the end of 2004, the sell rate of houses of the Olympic Village was over 70%. It is emphasized that Sydney was avoiding “valley effect in Olympic Games”. But it did not get a perfect final yet. It is obvious that it is difficult to avoid “valley effect in Olympic Games”.
The economic recession is not attributed to the Olympic Games
For 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games and 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, they were successful in business. According to statistics, from 1987 to June 1992, the annual growth rate of GDP was 1.8% in Barcelona for Olympic factors. The demands which were caused by the Olympic Games had achieved as much as 26.448 billion dollar. Otherwise, the Olympic directly promoted the construction of the city basic facilities, which created conditions for lastly increasing in economy. When building sport venues, the government considered fully what the local residents demand after the match. Flexibility of venue using is strong, and the using rate is higher after the match.
Atlanta commercial operation features were more prominent. It regarded becoming “global sport center” as city orientation, and the government made up the utilizing and layout of sport venues after the match went ahead. After the match, the main meeting place was turned over the private group and was rebuilt into the main meeting place of local baseball team, which attracted a large number of supporters to see the match; the tennis court also was turned over the private group to take charge opening and management daily; The aquatic central was given Georgia Institute of Technology and was used for activities and match between the colleges; the facilities in the automobile races center were torn down after the match, and it was rebuilt into wildlife sanctuaries; The Olympic village had been become the student dormitory of Georgia Institute of Technology.
Although the government had worked out many plans, the “valley effect in Olympic Games” also appeared after the match. The rising speed of the state of Georgia that Atlanta located at was steady relatively before and after the Olympic Games. There were not drastic fluctuations, because the chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Atlanta Olympic Games Payno was one of the most famous lawyers in Atlanta real estate field. Real estate industry was benefit from the construction of basic facilities and sport venues, and the interests of the developers had been fully protected. While other industry departments only accounted for 16% in GDP. The affection was limited for GDP. However, the industries that affected by the Olympic Games, such as hotels, architecture industry and communication facilities, there were drastic fluctuations. Their rising speed was faster in the former stage, and the rising rate reached crest in the Olympic stage, and the rising speed was declined after the match. The hotel industry was even a negative growth, and it began to redevelop after 1998.
The situation was more special for Barcelona. From the statistics, the economy of Catalonian area that the Barcelona located appeared negative growth. But before Olympic Games, the economic growth of Catalonian area fell down. Compared with Spain and the Europe, the economic growth was higher for Olympic Games.
Barcelona real estate market (Barcelona property) was also overheating. Because forming a new city center surrounding Olympic village, the house value rose 250% - 300% from 1986 to 1993, and it had been falling off for six years after the match. The overheated investment before the match resulted in large increasing in business real estate areas. The existing area of CBD is 850 thousands square meters. Among which 25% were built between 1988 and 1993. The vacancy rate of commercial real estate had been risen to 10.4% in 1992. Due to excessive supply, the rent value of commercial real estate started falling off after 1991, and the range was to 50%. It was not until 1995 that the real estate market carried out the balance between the supply and the demand.
What needed to point out that the investments appeared negative growth in Spain from 1991. The falling rang was larger after the match, and it started redeveloping after 1994. In the meanwhile, the economy was depressed for the whole Europe at the beginning of 1990s of the 20th century. The economic depression that the Barcelona ran into after the match was closely relative with this background, and it was not attributed to the “valley effect in Olympic Games”. However, because the plans were good, both the two cities got rid of “valley effect in Olympic Games” soon and stepped into the fast development lane.

I have found an interesting article about education in this blog. The title is “travel europe” and its website is travel europe. It is written in english, but I strongly recommend you to read it. Be protected tour resource
In recent years, Spanish government is quickening to develop tourism industry (travel to spain). At the same time, the Spanish government also pays attention to protect tour resources so as to ensure long and sustainable development of tourism industry.
The first, Spanish government makes up the rule constantly so as to protect tourism resource greatly. In order to sustainable develop tourism industry, Spanish government had made up “the first Spain tour competition framework plan from 1992 to 1995” and “the second Spain tour competition framework plan from 1996 to 1999”, and had made up “sustainable tour development program” in 1998 and published “tour and rule”, “tour and environment management”, “tour and protecting natural space” and “sustainable tour industry training” and so on. These rules play an active role in promoting tour development with protecting tour resource as a prerequisite. Some tour beauty spots and historical interests are very beautiful and clean. There is not any garbage or jetsam. Every cultural relic is preserved very well. Some old cities buildings and the stone road still was retained the original appearance.

The second, each level of Spanish government legislates unceasingly to protect tour resources. Spanish government regulates that all restaurants and cafes are not allowed to be established in all tour districts, and food and beverages are not allowed to be sold in tour districts. But tour remembrances can be sold at there. The Gothic buildings with four or five floors stand on the center of Madrid City. Every building likes a huge ivory sculpture. In order to protect these buildings not to be destroyed, Madrid government regulated that any person or unit could not modify the ancient building and these buildings must be repaired and printed again as the original image every twenty years.

The third that is to strengthen protecting tour resource education. From the beginning of 1997, Spanish government published “sustainable development tour city” program, and made up action plan of short and middle time, and increased drumbeating force that how to promote tour service quality and protecting environment. Thus, people environment consciousness is increasing gradually.

I have found an interesting article about travel in this blog. The title is “spain hotel” and its website is spain hotel. It is written in english, but I strongly recommend you to read it. Let me know about your impressions. If you have more time, please enter into this website and know more details.

I have found an interesting article about language in this blog. The title is “english languages” and its website is english languages. It is written in english, but I strongly recommend you to read it. Let me know about your impressions. If you have more time, please enter into this website and know more details.

I have found an interesting article about real estate in this blog. The title is “property for sale” and its website is property for sale. It is written in Korean, but I strongly recommend you to read it. Let me know about your impressions. If you have more time, please enter into this website and know more details.

Defining your Property Needs
Define what does your family need ?
Generally speaking, if you have young or teenage kids, your life will be a lot easier if you a buy property that allows them to have fun without you having to drive them everywhere. Residential estates that attract families are ideal, as both parents and kids are happy.
What sort of maintenance budget do you have ?
You need to be clear about the maintenance costs that different properties involve, and budget for them before you purchase. Otherwise you may find yourself owning a property that is too expensive for you to maintain. A good agent will give you a guide to the maintenance costs of different properties. For more detail on the sorts of costs you will face see the ‘Owning a property’ section of this guide.
How much effort do you want to put into maintaining the property ?
Essentially it is just the end of the beginning when you complete the purchase. Property in Spain, as anywhere, doesn’t look after itself, and maintaining property in a foreign country can be more of a challenge than at home. Depending upon what you buy, you may find yourself having to deal with local government, local builders, cleaners, plumbers, gardeners, and what have you, and all in Spanish.
Is investment a primary or secondary concern ?
Many people have bought Spanish property in recent years primarily as an investment, both in terms of rental income and capital gains. If you are buying as an investment then you have to focus on the type of property with the greatest potential in these terms. A good property agent will be able to advise you on the factors that drive property investment returns, along with the tools to help you analyse them. If you are buying primarily as property for living in and enjoying, then you will find you have a wider choice of properties.
Will this be a holiday home for a few weeks a year, or will it be a main residence for spending all or part of the year ?
A holiday home means you probably will not be there for large parts of the year. Therefore you will need a property that doesn’t require a great deal of attention on a regular basis. The last thing you want is for your holiday home to become a burden that interferes with your life. Apartments or villas on urbanisations (urbanizaciones in Spanish) are the best option in this respect as security and maintenance tend to be easier for these types of properties. Perhaps look for something with good rental potential to earn income and avoid leaving the property empty most of the year.
A more permanent home requires greater thought. You plan to spend large parts of the year living there, so you need to be somewhere that offers you the best quality of life. This means considering the local infrastructure and facilities, community, security, accessibility, and so on.

Me parecía tan raro.

I have found an interesting article about travel in this blog. The title is “provence france” and its website is provence france. It is written in english, but I strongly recommend you to read it. Let me know about your impressions. If you have more time, please enter into this website and know more details.

PROVENCE
While there is much to see in France, many say that Provence is one of its most charming and romantic regions. Located in the southeast, Provence has breathtakingly beautiful scenery and continues to be one of its most visited areas.
Provence stretches from the border of Italy, found near Nice, straight to Marseille at the mouth of Rhone. The Romans called this amazing breadth of land Provence. Today, that area has been more strictly defined to exclude the Cote d’Azur (or Cote Varoise near Saint-Tropez), and the Mediterranean coast. All in all, covers about 150 kilometers or so.
The place is a rustic paradise, peaceful and serene. Tiny villages, lush vineyards, and fields that are embroidered with trees and flowers. Some say that Provence looks like a painting, especially the places around Aix-en-Provence and Avignon.
PERFECT WEATHER
There are many things in Provence that would attract not just tourists but also people who wish to permanently live in the area. For one thing, it has an idal climate. This Mediterranean paradise boasts of more than three hundred days of sunshine a year. What glorious weather, and so many ways of enjoying it! You can take a refreshing swim at the nearby seaside beaches or enjoy a relaxing hike on its hills. You can have a picnic or you can go boating.
Province is a popular summer escape but there are those who say that its winters are equally delightful. Not only are there less tourists but the weather is always mild, with lots of sunshine despite the cold. Even when it’s at its most “freezing†the temperature usually stays comfortably between 3° to 15° degrees centigrade (37° to 59° Fahrenheit).
The snowfall is light but for those who want to get a lot of skiing action then the major ski resorts in the Alps are very nearby. It will only require a drive of two hours or less from most parts of Provence—and when you’re done having fun on the slopes you can go home to warmer weather.
HISTORY
Provence also has a fascinating history. Its first villages were established by Greeks and Phoenicians, who were mostly fishermen and traders. They built their homes on the coastline. Then when the Roman legion arrived, these villages were united under a province of the Roman Empire. You can see many legacies of the Roman era, including churches, monasteries and cathedrals. The surviving structures were built as early as the Middle Ages. In many villages you can find the original ramparts that were built in the medieval era, which were used as defenses against invasions.
THE APPEAL OF THE COUNTRYSIDE
People love Provence because of its rustic charm: small villas, charming vineyards, especially in the areas of Luberon just east of Avignon, where you’ll find the villages of Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste and Roussillon. Other popular property areas are the Alpilles area south of Avignon, which is famous for Saint-Remy-de-Provence (Van Gogh himself lived here and made many paintings here), Eygalieres and Les Baux-de-Provence.
THE COSMOPOLITAN SIDE OF PROVENCE
While Provence is most famous for its countryside and the “Rustic Life†it does not in any way lack sophistication. In fact, due to the influx of Europeans and North Americans who regularly rent here or have even bought their own homes, Provence has a thriving international community and world-class facilities. In the city of Marseille, France’s second largest, you’ll find a large port and very premium boutiques. Both Avignon and Aix-en-Provence are acknowledged centers of education and have excellent universities. Orange, which is north of Avignon, and Aix hold a well-respected and well-attended opera festival every year. Aside from this, Avignon has a thriving theatre scene and has a festival every July. for its world-renowned theatre festival in July.
CUISINE
French cuisine is loved and respect all over the world. In Provence this tradition is upheld. Restaurants can be found everywhere in the region, and vary from sidewalk cafes to family-run diners to fine dining. You’ll also find Michelin-starred restaurants such as Bistro d’Egaylieres at Eygalieres, and the famed L’Oustau de Baumaniere at Les Baux-de-Provence.

Brief History of Mallorca
One cannot appreciate the full beauty of a place until you know something of its history. Mallorca’s history is a very long and interesting one dating back from the Paleolithic period wherein it’s first inhabitants were settlers that lived along caves near the coastline. The second wave of settlers made dwellings of huge stones called talaiots.

Mallorca was then occupied and ruled by people from Central Asia, the Romans, the Byzantine Empire, and eventually Muslims from North Africa. Each newcomer brought with them new technologies and culture and traditions that until now can be seen in modern Mallorca may it be in the form of structures, agricultural crops, and subtle influences in culture. Mallorca is now free from oppression and endless occupations and is an autonomous region of the Kingdom of Spain.

Getting to Mallorca

The island of Mallorca is accessible through air and water. Flying in to Mallorca from airports all over the world is no problem especially if you are from the UK where most airports have direct flights to Mallorca: ofertas vuelos. For those that can’t find direct flights into Mallorca one can book a flight to mainland Spain, whether to Madrid, Malaga, Valencia or Barcelona, and head on to Mallorca by boat. You can also get a connecting flight to Mallorca although this isn’t really advisable since the boat ride is a lot cheaper and is also very short so that taking a plane will only save you about an hour’s worth of travel. A nice way to explore the island is taking a cruise: cruceros.

I have found an interesting article about travel in this blog. The title is “travel to salamanca” and its website is travel to salamanca. It is written in english, but I strongly recommend you to read it. Let me know about your impressions. If you have more time, please enter into this website and know more details.

SALAMANCA’S UNFORGETTABLE VIBE
Salamanca is a fascinating interplay of the new and the old, the romantic past and the exciting future, the history and culture and the dynamic party scene. This is a very uinique vibe that has earned it the ironic title of “the youngest old city in Spain.” While it is regal, full of interesting architecture and breathtaking works of art, it still has that kind of fun youthfulness. No, this city isn’t a museum!
GRAND HISTORY
Salamanca has a long history, filled with dramatic turning points. It was taken over by different armies over several centuries, and was even used as a fortress by the Celts. There are even stories of huge book burnings and mysterious executions, not to mention the role it played in the Spanish Inquisition and the fight for freedom from Napoleon’s rule. Today Salamanca is a centre of learning and culture, and there are many libraries and museums that showcase some of Spain’s most valuable artifacts.
THE EXCITING NIGHT LIFE
After touring the city the whole day, you can look forward to an exciting night. After the sun sets, the city seems to wake up and put on its best clothes. This is partly due to the large number of students both from the city and around the world, who have taken over this laid-back and sleepy city and turned it into party central. There are many bars, restaurants, dance clubs, and shot bars (which are called chupiterias).
THE PRESTIGIOUS SCHOOLS
The University of Salamanca was established in 1218 by King Alfonso VI. Some of its most prestigious faculty and students include the writer Miguel de Cervantes, the adventurer Christopher Columbus, the esteemed Jesuit Ignatius Loyola, Hernán Cortés, and Miguel de Unamuno. At one point it was counted as one of the “four leading lights” of the world, ranked with Oxford, Paris, and Bologna.
BREATHTAKING ARCHITECTURE
The city is primarily known for its Plateresque and Churrigueresque architecture, though the diverse designs include Romanesque churches to colossal Baroque plazas. The buildings are also made of sandstone, unique for the fact that age has imbued the material with a soft and ethereal golden glow (one reason why it’s called “the golden city.”
THE COSMOPOLITAN PLAZA MAYOR
Plaza Mayor is one of the grandest city squares you’ll ever find in Spain. Like some fantastic living room, people all gather here to talk, to explore, and to appreciate the fine surroundings. The place was constructed by a member of the Churrigueras family, who was behind the Churrigueresque Baroque style. The design features included iron balconies arcaded walkways, iron balconies, and several terrace cafés.
ULTURAL CAPITAL
Salamanca has many museums with exhibits that tackle everything from antique cars to the fascinating pieces from the art nouveau period.

Spain is one of the most complicated nationalities in Europe. It is an area that has unique custom and language. Sometimes independent voice is issued from here. Spain is the second largest country in Europe after France. Its name comes of Spania. The meaning is “the land of rabbit” in Carthage language. The soil of Spain accounts for 5/6 of Iberian Peninsula, and others 1/6 belongs to Portugal, Andorra, and British Gibraltar. At the same time, it also has Balearic Islands located on the Mediterranean Sea, Canary Islands located on the Atlantic, Ceuta and Melilla surrounded by the northern Morocco and three island groups out of the Morocco. Major of the Spanish territory on peninsula located on the Meseta central plateau. The north of plateau is Pyrenees that is well known for majesty and snowing all the year round, and the Iberian Peninsula and France and other parts of Europe are separated.
Spain has 3144 kilometers coastline. The west and southwestern coastline are linked with Atlantic (there is a section on the west belonging to Portugal territory); the northwestern coastline borders on Bay of Biscay; and the southeast and eastern coastline border on the Mediterranean Sea. The south of Spain keeps away from Strait of Gibraltar and faces to face with Africa continent, the distance between them is only 21 kilometers.
Spanish race origin is the most complex nationalities in Europe. Their ancestors are Phoenicia, Greek, Carthage, Roman, Celts, Iberian, Visigoth, Moores and Jew. It is an area that has unique custom and language. Sometimes independent voice is issued from here. In order to appease this strong separation emotion, the 1978 constitution established 17 autonomous regions. Every region has its own legislative, capital and banner. There are two islands in Spain, one is Canary Islands, the other is Balearic Islands. Canary Islands located at the Atlantic which is far over 2000 kilometers from Madrid (madrid spain), the capital of Spain. Balearic Islands float on the Mediterranean Sea, which is far 500 kilometers from Barcelona. The two beaches are beautiful and the scenery is charming and gentle. They are famous tourism resorts. For many years, the tourist of traveling to Balearic Islands is more than the one of Canary Islands. However, in recent years, the tourism industry of Canary Islands develops with the rapid speed, which has exceeded Balearic Islands. In 2001, the number of foreign tourists who travel to Canary Islands was 10 millions, which accounts for 1/4 of the total number of the ones of Spain.
Canary Islands, nearby the North Africa country Morocco, the total population is 1.8 millions and the area is 8000 square kilometers. It is composed of seven islands, among which the most famous resort is Las Palmas that is the capital of Canary Islands. The area of big Canary Islands is 1500 square kilometers and the population is 700 thousands. The population of Las Palmas is 300 thousands. It is the fourth largest seaport.
There are three same capital names of islands in Spain, and they are Palma. The capital of Gran Canary Islands is Las Palmas De Gran Canaria, which located on the Atlantic. Another island of Canary Islands is La Palma. The capital of Balearic Islands is Palma de Mallorca, which located on the Mediterranean Sea.
The Gran Canary Islands (Gran canaria spain) are well known in Chinese community for a famous author Sanmao of Taiwan. She ever lived in there and wrote a book to introduce her interesting life. The author visited Gran Canary Islands on 2-4 November 2002.
To be overlooked Gran Canary Islands from the air, the author felt that it was a small rowboat. There is a tall extinct volcano mouth in the center of rowboat. The whole rowboat is bare and is filled with eruption. Teacher Li Kegong who ever was our Spanish language teacher and is an officer at China aquatic products company Las Palmas office now meet us at airport. It is the first time to see for the teachers and students for 30 years. We sigh with emotion. Then, teacher Li brought us to visit around Gran Canary Islands by car.
After visiting, what our impression of islands is that the natural condition of Gran Canary Islands is worse. It is a place that is not suitable to live for human. The first, it is rainless all the year round and it is very droughty. The whole islands are bare. There is not flat and grass. The second, there is no water here. The third, there is no electricity. But, the clear Gran Canary Islands people are good at absorbing what is useful and rejecting what is harmful and taking full advantage of natural advantages to develop tourism industry.
The sunlight is brilliant on the Gran Canary Islands all the year round. People were wearing short-sleeved shirt all the year. The sun almost is shining every day in a year, especially in the south area. Teacher Li who has lived here for ten years told us that the travel agency of Gran Canary Islands made a promise to the tourists in north Europe countries that as long as they would not see the sunlight one day, then the travel agency got a refund if those traveled to Gran Canary Islands. This is too attractive for the tourists in the north Europe countries.
The beach of Gran Canary Islands is too charming. The Maspalomas beach on the south of islands and golden beach are the most famous. The beach is long and wide and golden sands are soft and clean liking a soft golden carpet.
With the exception of sunlight and beach, other conditions are worse. However, the Gran Canary Islands government and people create conditions to develop tourism industry greatly. First, there is no water. The government invests huge funds to establish seawater desalination factory. Now, the 700 thousands people and 12 millions tourists drink fresh water. Pieces of palm trees and green lands are irrigated with fresh water in Maspalomas city and beach. In addition, the islands have also established a number of irrigation greenhouse vegetable base. At present, the vegetables not only are used for eating on the island, some vegetables are exported.
In addition, the islands lack of electricity. The government invests funds to generate electricity with the wind power. Gran Canaria Island, the sea breeze blows throughout the year. Sometimes, there is great wind, so the wind resource is abundant. The reporter saw pieces of white clover windmills which is used for generating electricity on the central coastal islands. The electric power of the north islands is provided by a fuel power plant, and the one of central south is provided by wind power.
If to develop tourism industry, there are some essential basic facilities. The five-star, four-star and three-star hotel on Gran Canary Islands can be found everywhere. The conditions of five-star or four-star hotels in Gran Canary Islands are better than the ones in Madrid, and the price is cheaper 1/3 than the one of Madrid. It will spend 120 euro a night for a four-star hotel in Madrid, while is only 80 euro in Gran Canary Islands.
Gran Canaria Islands were once duty-free zones, now replaced by a low-tax, and the price is cheaper. This is an important fact that attracts many tourists. Those in north Europe and other European countries come to here to buy leather productions. Spanish leather industry is developed. The quality of shoes and fur coats is good, and the price is cheaper. There are hundreds of species in high buffet dinner on the Gran Canary Islands, including chicken, duck, fish, seafood, fruit and sweetmeat. It only cost 8 euro every dinner, with the exception of beer and drinking. It is very cheap for Spanish families whose average income is 2000 euro every month. The buffet dinner in Madrid is more expensive.
With the exception of beach and sunlight in Spain, there are no more other tourism resources. However, Spanish government is trying to turn Spain into a world traveling nation. In 2001, Spain became the second largest traveling country after France. The number of tourist is 48 millions and the traveling income is 30 billions euro. The flourishing development for tourism industry is an epitome for Spanish tourism industry (travel to spain).
