Sunday and i'm bored ;(

Hi everyone, Well it's sunday and I know I should be writing a new blog, but I have writers block :) I never was any good at doing this. The wind has been blowing hard since last nite, (Santa Ana's as we call them in southern california). It messed up my wifes decorations she had on the door (shes not happy). I don't think any of us got a lot of sleep because of the winds. I guess that's all for now. As you can see, nothing much happens for me to write about. Raven (3) Comments

HI to everone:) I said I would try to write more and so here I go again. There is not much happening this week. I caught some kind of a bug and missed both my yoga class and my tai chi class. Saturday Morning......

Well.... As you might have guessed I slept in late today. Several days waking up every hour or two finally got to me, but I feel much better now. (Now if I can just get to sleep tonight after sleeping so late). Tai Chi went better yesterday than I thought it would. (You know the walking dead). Great day....

Hi folks, What a wonderful day! My wife is at ceramics class all day. My son is over at a friends. I have all day to meditate in peace and quiet....... Tomorrow I have Tai Chi and after that things get back to normal:) However once in a while, it's great just to relax and be at ease. I wish everyone a beautiful and happy day. Getting slimmer.......

Hi all, My wife started weight watchers a couple of weeks ago. I decided to use the same diet that she was following. I exercise every day, stick to the diet, and she loses five pounds and I haven't lost an ounce. I have always lost weight faster than she has, and boy is she happy about being ahead of me this time. Saturday........

Hi all, Well....I went to tai chi yesterday and it was the same form I use, however all the movements were in a different order. Now I know all the tai chi pros out there would have no problem with that. I on the other hand got trough it ok but it was very awkward. I guess after I do it a few more times it should get better. Other than that my day was pretty uneventful. Today I plan to do as little as I can get away with. ( Very sore from yoga and tai chi this week). Here I go again......

HI everyone, Well... Today I start Tai Chi class. I have been doing tai chi for a number of yrs. but I have been unable to take a class for quite a while. I do Yang 108, There really is a lot less moves than 108 because there are a lot of repeat moves. However that's what it's called. It really helps to calm me down and puts me in a meditative mood. Back to normal:)

Hi all, Well, i'm back to normal, still a little sore from monday's yoga but a lot better. The reason I am doing a lot of exercise right now, (yoga, tai chi, a lot of walking, etc.) is, as we got older I and my wife both put on a lot of weight and this is not good. My wife joined weight watchers and is doing tai chi with me. I want to get the weight off a little faster, so I am going at it a little harder. We start Tai Chi friday. It won't be any trouble for me because I have been doing it every morning for the past 5 yrs. however my wife has not, and I think she might be a little sore at first. She says that she don't like tai chi but I'm hoping she gets to like it, I love it. Well I guess that's all for now. Brightest Blessings, Shadow Raven (0) Comments

I lived.......

Hi everyone, Well I made it through my first class of Yoga, all in one piece. I'm a little sore today but I expected that. It was a very nice class, I wasn't the only one who was straining to hold the poses. The only problem was that the class was so large that it was hard to find a place to put my mat. There were some who left early though, so maybe there won't be quite as many next time. My wife won't take the classes with me, too bad because it's a lot of fun. Well I guess that's all for now. Trouble

Hi all, My wife informed me that I failed to put up a picture of our old cat who died,(Her name was trouble), we had her for over a decade, and she was a true friend. We miss her a lot..... Saturday......

Hi all, Well here it is saturday and my son still has a load of laundry in the living room..... ( I love him but he really knows how to push my buttons. ) Oh well, it's only 5:00am here and he already knocked me off dsl twice while he was messing around, tried to run the garbage disposal without running water in it and only threw a couple of small fits. ( Did I mention he's 23 yrs. old???) Another day.....

Well another day has passed, and as you might guess there was nothing earth shattering that has happened. Oh, wait a minute, after the house was cleaned, my son dropped a ton of clothes in the middle of the living room and decided to wash them late at night. Now when my son decides to do something right away..... It usually takes about three to four days for him to get arround to doing it. (He is 23 yrs. old). needless to say I wasnt happy about it. If I have to stand over him until he washes every piece of clothes I will. There is no reason in the world why his mother should have to wash them for him. My Window on the world!

I have never done this before so.... Here goes! I am a 60 year old male who is into mysticism, shamanism, and the occult in general. I have made many friends in this life as well as a few enemies.
