So for New Year's me and Cori went to see "Catch me if you can." It was decent but not all that I thought it would be. Let's put it this way, I wish i would have waited for it to come to the videostore. After that we dropped back by her work to see what those folks were up to and then we headed out to a resturant.Let me take this chance to praise Chacho's for the first time in my journal. The place is awesome. We had a blast just sitting around making fun of folks. This one year came in and she was so drunk she was nearly falling over and she was dogass ugly too. It cracked me up. I think we finally got home at like 3 in the morning and just crashed out. La-tee-da... On a good note, I have a ton of stuff going on. On a better note Terror is coming to town. And they will have their full length with them! Yippie! Time to chuck that deuce

What a weekend. I went to Dallas to cover the National Arenacross series and got a little bit of everything. I woke up not believing it... Saw "Phantom of the Opera" finally.... . . I got to have a nice chat with a few of the people I work with and patch some things up. Needless to say, I should be rolling a little easier now in the money department. It was weird because my work has carried me all over the state and I think my editor in dallas is beginning to see that I am the real McCoy. Like I am not going to be getting smaller anytime soon and I keep upping the amount of stories I cover, the number of national events I cover, the places I go, etc. Basically she knows now that are two people in the state that can handle this stuff, not just her. The racing was good on friday night and not as good on saturday. I was really pleased with all the people I got to meet, some good, some bad. But whatever. As far as work goes, now it is back to the Library and STC coverage. My next big event will probably be Lake Whitney in march, so I need to get on the horn soon. I might have also linked up to do the flat track event in Houston and Dallas which means, Bling-Bling, more work, more national coverage. Good Times!someone really special got me my journal for christmas and I am so happy! check her journal and let her know how cool she is:http://www.livejournal.com/users/sacreligious/love yeah honey! (that looks so fake, like an add or something....but i typed it.).
