so, last week i put something on ebay to sell. Sold on Thurs. The buyer paid within 6 hrs after it ended. So everything seems smooth. The time he paid was late, no matter wat, i wont be able to post it off anyway.

He 'WAS' friendly, even telling me details dat I dont have to know, he said he's from Canada, but currently teaching english in Korea. Kind of explain his account is with canada, but posting to Korea not Canada. FINE... watever... (I've notice is an unconfirmed address, but wasnt aware of anything)

so, Thurs nite, literally the auction ended, he already emailed me TWICE asking me to mark the item as US$50. (sold it includes shipping at 223.01pds) trying to avoid paying custom.. fine... no problem..  i was planning to do dat anyway... so he paid, after i said YES, no problem will mark it, after few hrs, he paid through PAYPAL.

Then, i was busy cleaning house on friday and bro came, and thought fuck it.. will post on Sat.. but ended up cant b arse to go out on Sat.. So since he paid, he emailed me 3 times from mid night Thurs til Fri nite.... asking me for if I've posted it yet, and asking me for tracking number..

So, Fri nite, I sent him a v. polite email apologize I couldn't post on Fri, was v. busy. and also saying Sat the post office near by not opening, so have to wait til Monday to post. and Promise I'll post it on Monday.

Guess what.... Sat at 4am... he filed a claim to PAYPAL.. reason 'I paid within 24 hours and seller has not responded to e-mails after the payment was made. On My eBay page it lists him as an unregistered eBay member, item not received'

WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF... yes... WTFFFF... he filed a claim within 48 hours!!!! he's bugging me thru 3 damn emails...and i didnt reply him within 24 hrs, he filed a fucking claim???!

WTFFFF.. 'On My eBay page it lists him as an unregistered eBay member'?! if I'm an unregistered ebay member, how da fuck can i bid and sell?! he seriously has no better excuse to 'try to get a claim'...

WTFFF...'seller has not responded to e-mails after the payment was made'?! I replied him Fri nite, saying I'll definitely post on monday.. dickhead!!!

WTFFFFF.. 'item not received'?! his brain must be up his ass...  how da hell can the item shipped all the way to Korea within 12 hours?! even if i say i sent it on Fri afternoon, it wont be there by Sat 4am... and remember he only paid very late Thurs nite!!!! not paid for speed post or anything, just international signed-for.

so, I didnt know abt he filed a claim until Monday when i was about to go out and send the item, but double check with his postal address, and saw the email from paypal saying he filed a claim. So of coz, he put me off straight away.
The money already bounced on hold, out of my paypal account.. and he's expecting me to still send it to him when i feel I've no confident in getting my money back?! no wayyy.. therefore.. I emailed him...
Subject: WANT IT OR NOT??!! I already said, I was too busy, couldn't post the jacket by Friday, and the post office near my home doesnt open on Saturday, and I've already apologized to you, and said I'll definitely post it on monday. I'm just about to leave home and go and post the jacket to you. Thank god, I literally just checked my email, you've already filed a claim to paypal. So, you tell me now, you want it or not?! because, I AM NOT going to post it until the paypal issue is cleared. I don't feel safe to post the jacket to you anymore, since the money is on hold. It's more likely to bounce it back to you.Therefore, I aint going to post it til this settle.
I can't believe you're so paranoid and been emailing me so many times to rush me to post the item to you, and since you've heard no response from me within 36 hrs, you already filed a claim?! No buyers ever bug me and message me that often within such a short period of time.
You must recognize not every seller has no job and sit around at home in front of the computer watch their item end and off to send it instantly. I hope you understand my point of view.
I'm not complaining, is just I hope you understand the situation. Com'on... look at my feedback. Do I look like a scam to you?!
I'm a very reliable seller with 100% positive feedback.
Anyway, as I said, Sorry, if you're in a rush to get the item, since you've filed a claim on paypal. I ain't going to send it out until this problem's is solved for my own sake of protection as a seller. Since I'd bad buyer who filed a claim few weeks later even he's received the item, said he never received, so this time i'm not going to let this happen again.
Therefore, I cant trust to post my item especially the value aint cheap. Let me know what's your response!

and guess how dat asshoooo replied.. 1 sentence - Please send it and give me a tracking #. there's no thank you, no title, no regards.. nothing apart from 1 line! wat a TWAT SO, ended up I've to call paypal and then ebay.. for more advise..how should i deal wiv dis asshole..
SOOOO NOOOO NEEEEED for this kind of hassle.. but dat asshoooo caused all these shit up... dat i couldnt even chill after all my uni work.. he really crap up my whole day on Monday.. i was soooo pissed... also Tues too..

So Paypal answer - DONT SEND HIM ITEM, his intention is baddd, for safety reasons, avoiding further hassle, just refund him and call it unlucky.

and guess watz eBay answer - 1 WORD - WANKKKKK ebay says - send him the item, YOU MUST SEND HIM THE ITEM! avoiding negative feedback, YOU MUSTTTT SEND HIM THE ITEM.. (reason - under ebay rules and regulations, an item ended with winner of the auction, if buyer completed the payment within requirement, seller MUST post the item to the buyer) ebay+paypal suppose to be same company, BUT 2 SEPERATE answers!!! reason - they've different rules and regulations!!

also... ebay is not the place to deal with the $ / any $ situations and matters... cant believe dat ebay agent who talked to me, she said straight away, this whole thing is very frustating but YOU MUST POST THE ITEM TO HIM.. even tho she knows I'll 99% wont get my $ even I post him the item or not... stupid agent!!! sooo not thoughtful for sellers in dis kind of situation!

so after getting all da advises, of coz I'm going to listen to paypal, coz they're the place hold all my $$. They know wat might come up next if i post the item to da asshoo, and even told me there's alot of this kind of buyer out there trying to get free 'gift'... that i really have to becareful...

so I emailed that asssshooo RE his 1 sentence 'Please send it and give me a tracking #.' I'd a long discussion with Paypal about this matter. They've advised me,to either cancel this transaction with you and refund you and call this the end. Or either, if you still want the item, you cancel the claim first, then I post the item.

Because for my own safety reasons, apparently, your intention of filing a claim within 48 hours of time with your reasons and part of it was 'item not received', doesnt do good in this situation.
Plus the troubles you brought up because of my slightly late reply after several rushing me emails within 36 hours, which causes all these hassle that I've to get help, suggestions and 2nd opinion from both paypal and ebay, paypal advised me just to refund you for my own safety protection sake.

Also, they mentioned about your unconfirmed address on this transaction, if I post it to you and you file another claim, most likely, I don't get any protection as a seller because I am the one choose to post to an unconfirmed address, although I remember you said you're in korea teaching english. But according to Paypal, you could change your Korea address as your confirmed address.

They also suggested me not to sell / post you the item anymore just in case of fraud behaviour. Since, apparently there's quite alot of buyers file a claim within a very short period of time using the same excuse as you do to try to get money back. They understand the frustation for sellers, that buyers should give sellers abit more time to post the item. Plus there's a weekend involved which everybody knows, it'll take up to 3 days longer.

Even though if I post the item, and provide you with the tracking number, I already feel not safe anymore since you might ended up getting the item plus your money back. Therefore, I hope you'll understand my position, and I rather call myself unlucky in this transaction, and I'll rather refund you than risking myself into an unsafe position.

I really do hope to communicate with you in this matter, but honestly, I lost the trust towards you after all. Since, I've investigated your feedbacks you left for others, it doesnt seem that positive to me. So I already expect the worst that you'll be the 1st person giving me a negative feedback. But surely, if you do, everyone else will understand it's not my problem.


surprise surprise, he seems to deal wiv my email pretty well, not as TWAT as b4.. but he's still remains as a TWAT!!! he finally realise..he's been acting like a dick!!! A refund is acceptable as well.  I'm sorry about the situation, but you can get a refund on your seller fees if we both agree to terminate the transaction. so i replied : your proposal sounds good to me, I'll endavour to impliement your suggestion. You guys wont believe how close I almost sent the email with 'DONT YOU EVER BID OR COME CLOSE TO ANY OF MY ITEMS! I DONT WANNA DEAL WITH YOU EVER AGAIN YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE! YOUR BRAIN MUST BE UP IN YOUR ASSSSS! PLEASEEEE STAY AWAY FROM ME!'

but i know, i must remain as professional and polite....so of coz, i didnt send him that message.. but i did type it out.. as a 'joke'.. and talked to KJ about it.. and we both laughed, i know i CANT send dat to him.. but oh well.. at least i kind of got it out of my chest... thinking how great will it be, if i actually sent it to him!

But i seriously wanna tell him, please dont ever bid on my items again! Coz now, i've to relist it, but i think from the emails and shit, i think he knows NOT to get involved wiv me again.. i persume, he wont 're-bid' when i relist it again.. wat a dickhead!! caused me alllll these trouble and anger!!! SOOO NOOOO NEED FOR THAT! dat TWAT really did well tp STRESS ME OUT! really dont need this shit!!!
