Go Cats!
Geelong beat Collingwood last night and it was a tough game.
It will probably do the side some good, and make sure they play at their best next week.
One MORE game to Win.
Prediction: Port Adelaide to beat North Melbourne, then Geelong to beat Port Adelaide - easily.
Random Thought.

Some random thoughts on how to deal with loss.
STEP ONE:
FLICK IT.
Step One is to accept that nobody is at fault. Then to acknowledge the loss. Then just 'flick it', accept it, and get on with it.
STEP TWO:
TRICK IT.
Often there are other ways to achieve whatever it is that you need to do, if there is an ability you have lost, do your best to 'Trick It' and find another way.... an alternative.
STEP THREE:
STICK WITH IT.
Continue finding ways you can do what you need. Don't be afraid, or too proud to ask for, or accept help.
Closer still....

I am getting closer and closer to truly accepting my new life. As time goes on more and more of the 'things that slip one's mind' are getting done.
Next week, I have an appointment with a G.P. about my arm, and transport there and back.
My diet is so good I have put on 4kgs in as many weeks. A welcome addition and the return of but one layer of padding.
*more later*

NEWS: (personal)
Since diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in 2000, the thought of a possible outcome has been in the back of my mind. Some people are only afflicted with a version of M.S. that has only a limited, manageable, often invisible affect. Others are thrown into another world all together. I fit in the middle area and do not consider myself "sick", although some others disagree on a number of levels!
I have "Primary Progressive" Multiple Sclerosis and it runs a different course than some others.
I have lived with a consistent, regular decline in general mobility and abilities. It has been "a ride"! It has got to the point of: I am looking at moving into an 'Assisted Living' facility that is nearby.

Preparing News Release:
There is news brewing... The time has come for me to consider the longer term future.
What are my current needs? What does the future hold? As a part of an interest and ongoing research and preparation for the future, I have met with a lady from one of the Wesley Mission long term residential facilities.....
Blog Review

I am currently compiling a list and review of Blogs'.
Some 2 years ago, I started to have a better look at the 'Blog' world.
Before that time, I had never used one, these days I have tried lots.... and lots.
Some remain in use, others fall off the edge... It is time that I re-find all those that impressed me and that I create a list.
