and had a small piece of smoked meat (one that i vowed i would never had

i have just learned that it cured more than my heart burn
1 unsweatened iced tea with a splash of lemonade lite
on turkey sub on wheat from subway-veggies, pickles, a tbsp. mayo, mustard, turkey and black olives.

some perogies and cabbage rolls and crepes from the hoito!
salt and vinegar dill or ketchup chips sounds wonderful right now....
can definately go for some old dutch-perhaps a persian, pizza pop and a shag eh! then perhaps we can tailgate it with some kokanee!
