My life is kind of predictable. The only thing that changes is hockey. School is fun on the odd day but other than that I just feel bored there. I think that my school actually tries to be boring. I wake up, lie on the couch and wait for eight o' clock then I get my stuff together and go to school. At school I try to have some fun in the morning break and bear through the classes before lunch. Then at lunch I find my friends wether it be in the gym or around the field. We do some random activity until the bell rings then we go back to our lockers to get our binders and get to our next class. After the dull hour and twenty minutes of math, science, french or whatever else, we go to tag. Tag. Tag, the most useless class ever. We go there and sit down until our teacher gets to the class. Then we pretty much wait for the bell to go. Hooray the day is done! Now I can go home and either do my homework or sit in front of the tv. I sometimes have hockey or go over to my friends house but thats all the entertainment I get... So ya that is my life in a nutshell....

The BC lions rule. They are the best football team around. Don't believe me than just look at the facts. The lions just beat saskatchewan 45-18 in the western final on Sunday, November 12th in a very lobsided game. They had a 13-4 record this season with 2 of those losses coming in overtime. They overcame injury problems, as Dave Dickenson (their #1 Quarterback) had some concussion syndroms this year. They had to play their backup, Buck Pierce, for most of the season and he has played great. They have great depth in the QB postition with three good quarterbacks. The lions earlier in the season were acually struggling off the get-go with a 1-3 record, but they battled through it and made it into a 9-3 record. They won 8 straight until losing to saskatchewan in mid-season. They won the rest of the games in the season by a large amount. They finished first in the league and guaranteed a spot in the west final. The western semifinal played out to be a very encouraging game for lions fans as nether team could get their offence going. The Saskatchewan roughriders ended up defeating the Calgary stampeders in a close game. In the east the alouettes defeated the argos and made their way to the grey cup for the third time in four years. The lions in my opinion played their best game of the season last weekend and won their way to the grey cup to have a 2003 grey cup rematch. The lions offence was too much for the riders as they lost a whitewash of a game. After the game Kerry Joseph mentioned that they couldn't even get the ball snapped in time because of the noise of the crowd. They had commited three time-clock violations in the first half alone! BC place was packed with 50,083 orange fans, with the odd couple of saskatchewan green. Some of the saskatchewan fans even complained about the noise in the dome. I believe that BC place is the loudest building in North America, especially when they host a playoff game. If the lions play as well as they did in the west final, they will for sure win the grey cup. If they can get their offence going like they did on Sunday they will definitely win it all this season. They haven't looked this good since the 83 season where they had a record of 12-5 and won the grey cup. The lions are the best team in the CFL. If your not sure then watch the Grey cup next Sunday on CBC. They play it in Winnipeg this year and will have to play their best to beat the alouettes. BY: Matt Rondeau
