satellite news Posted 1/15/2007 10:10:07 PM New Law Would Ban Recording Songs Off Satellite and Internet Radio From news.com.com: "Satellite and Internet radio services would be required to restrict listeners' ability to record and play back individual songs, under new legislation introduced...in the U.S. Senate. The rules are embedded in a copyright bill called the Platform Equality and Remedies for Rights Holders in Music Act, or Perform Act... The measure takes "...aim at portable satellite radio devices, such as XM Satellite Radio's Inno player, that allow consumers to store copies of songs originally played on-air. The proposal says that all audio services--Webcasters included--would be obligated to implement 'reasonably available and economically reasonable' copy-protection technology aimed at preventing 'music theft' and restricting automatic recording. this is a very riduculas thing that will probably happen. halloween Posted 11/1/2006 9:26:39 PM I like halloween as the next guy , but around here where i live it's getting more violent and dangerous to go out. an exaple could be yesterday, yesterday aperently there was a kid going trick-or-treating with his frinds. and these Hyphys(hyphys are the people who listen to hyphy rap are called)saw them got out of there car beat them up and stole thier candy. Pretty F***ed-up. Well sadly halloween is starting to be a dangerous day arounfd where i live, hopefully it's not like that everywhere. (0) Comments

Im listening to an old cassate from last year about My Chemical Romance on Loveline. and on it , it also has the radio commercial that I first heard about the GREEN DAY concert at SBC park on saturday 24, on the year of our lord, 2005 so yeah that cassite is pretty er"special"?? to me so yeah and Jannelle wasnted me to mention her in this blog so yeah.
