New satellite dish Posted 12/17/2008 11:07:54 AM DirecTV is getting a bunch of new HD channels, so we needed a new satellite. They are replacing our existing satellite for free, which is cool. Months ago we set up this appointment with them to replace it, and of course, today a million things came up that had to be taken care of. We draw our own designs, but fortune has to make that frame.. . The guy was supposed to come between 1 and 5 p.m. you expect me. . Toolman and I waited around all day, and finally he went off to run some errands for me since I'm swamped with schoolwork stuff, including dropping MW off at a friend's house for the night. Now it's 6:11 p.m., and I finally gave up on the guy, so I decided to cook supper, and so of course he just called me and said he'd be here in a few minutes. *g* Rats. I don't want to be sitting here eating. Hopefully he'll just need to get to the outside of the house. I don't know if he needs to do anything with our existing hookups or not, but I hope not. I hate being here alone when people come.. (0) Comments

Lost Tabs Posted 12/10/2008 6:26:25 AM I lost a bunch of tabs the other night--maybe a hundred or more. I'm not sure why. For some reason they all didn't load in and weren't saved properly, so, once again, if I lost track of comments or something somewhere, that's why. (0) Comments
