Speed Volunteering

I believe that violence can be reduced, if everyone would do speed volunteering. See my blog, mankey1234.wordpress.com Open a door for someone. Visit a homeless shelter and/give something of yourself. Ask a single parent if they need help. Ask a senior citizen if you can get something for them. Let me know what you are doing to help others. Peace of Mind . . .

Peace of Mind I think everyone is looking for something. That something for me was "peace of mind!" I had a wife, lovely children, but I was not happy. It is my belief that you can not find peace of mind, if you are living an unhealthy life. If you steal, lie and cheat on your mate, it is impossible to have a happy life. Those acts will settle in your subconscious and rot. I did none of those things, but I was unhappy. After I realized what I was looking for, I became happy. Wildflowers, Books & hings

Mission statement of: Wildflowers, Books and Things I would like to see every child/adult to "sow" a wildflower seeds in their communities. Those flowers will be here after we are gone. The seeds are low cost (non profit group) and we will be able to encourage persons to distribute children's books all over the world. Do you know a service man or woman? We would like to send a child's book to them so they can give it away overseas. Or, in this country. We recommend books like Dr. Seuss, and/or books on art, music, writing, etc. Let us have your thoughts. Volunteers: We need "speed volunteers" to help us. Love is so important

Love is so important. If you have read my short blogs on wordpress.com "wildflowers, Books and Things" you will see that I wrote about attitudes, adversity, how to survive in a mean world and other things. But, I forgot about "love." Ah, love. What is love. I believe in love, but I think when we show our love by doing things for others----that is building a relationship. We seem to have forgotten how to treat others. Attitudes are powerful

The power of attitudes. I know that most of our lives are filled with "garbage." I am not sure why people do not understand the power of attitudes. During our daily lives, we are hit with thousands of good and bad attitudes. At the same time, we spit out thousands of these same attitudes. Understanding attitudes has helped me during the last thirty years. Understanding attitudes can make us happy, sad, depressed and angry. (2) Comments

I couldn't read your blog recently. But I'm glad to see it back to normal again. Why do you want to delete the first one? I like it. But if you surely want to do so, there is an Edit/Delete sign under each post.
