They didn't know what hit them.Get this He got it thrown out in the preliminary hearing nobody wins that. He is from here on my hero thank you Mr. Feulich .I owe you that beer. Posted 6/12/2007 4:34:28 AM It seems its been a while since I've been on this website.I cruised by the other day but my "juices haven't been flowing" and I feel that ther is no justice ,no sence of right and wrong.I guess I've been mildly depressed with a good dose of feeling sorry for myself. People that's just not me.so I'm trying to get out of this rut and I'm trying this to do it . today's the day....II Posted 3/30/2007 10:14:16 PM where was I crap let me reread what I wrote.Oh yes this is where I can't see what's in front of my face.They cash their check with me not having ID .While I'm sitting there I made the statement that well I guess the cops looked at the tape and found out that it wasn't me and you'll prosecute the weaselly bastages. As I look back ,I now understand the quizzical look. That's a word right? Quizzical Hmmm I like that. I walk out of the bank money in hand thinking the world a better place crooked people getting their justb desserts .Two weeks later a phone call from the police Investigating a fraud.A fraud I asked ,wouldn't that be theft? Ah yes Mr. V. It could be considered a theft.Thats when I started wondering what the hell is going on.I gave them a statement saying the same thing that I guessed had happened and went on with life.Another two weeks go by and I'm home taking lunch,mind you I have guys at work,relying on me to go back so A)they have a ride home, B)they have money for their families ,C)cause I'm such a lovable fun person to be around.Ok maybe the first two.Not to mention the National hotel chain I'm doing the tile work for.Yes this looks good.I get arrested I'm arrested for forgery,falsifying documents,fraud ,and a couple other crimes not starting with f.I'm in shock.I'm beside myself,I'm beside bubba (he didn't smell too good believe me.So there I am On the group W bench next to mother rapers Dayughter rapers and Father Rapers right there on the group W bench and.Sorry Arlo I couldn't help myself ,Hey aqt least I didn't bend the bars roll the toilet paper out slide down the toilet paper and try to make my escape.If any of you don't know who I was Pagerising(baddly I'm afraid )It was Woody's boy Mr. Arlo Guthrie one hella writer,singer, musician,Although I never have had the pleasure to meat him .I'm sure a great guy to boot.Alices' Resteraunt massacre in 4 part harmony ...... go buy it . you'll love it if you don't you're dead.A thanks giving tradition where I come from.But Hell we just gotts us elecaticity.(That's the last part of my Intro) See how everthing just kinda works out makes ya feel all tingly inside.Ahh yep bunny rabbits and sunshine ... And I'm sure that there might be someone more deserving of treir attention than me a struggling small business man,trying to employ some guys.I would add,ALL citizens,US citizens to boot.Since this being such a hanus crime (bad Bookkeeping) they desided to keep me.For 4 days,then after posting the called for bail .Putting my car up and my little savings that I had.I was released.Over Two hundred dollars. Hell I'll givim there money I'm no theif,I'd even give them a better yield on their money than they give me say 5% as oppossed to their 1 1/2 -2 % seems fair right I made the mistake I'll pay them some extra. Fair is fair. Heres what I pose to you all.What did it cost the city? lets start with 1 officer oh hell we have to go back further .A secretary to take down this crap at the bank ,his/her manager to file the paper work.The officer to go listen to their story. then he /she back to do their paperwork at the station then they have to track me down .That's no easy task ,hell I don't know where I am half the time.Take my statement,go back and formulate a plan to catch the $200 bookkeeper mass bungler .Then oh I forgot the whole look over how much video to find out it was me ,The now notorious mass bookkeeping bungler .The time formulating the intricate plot to ensnare the notorious mass bookkeeping bungler.Then there's the two times they came to visit me ,and or call.More paperwork.Then track me down again to arrest the"Notorious Mass Bookkeeping Bungler" (look ma i gots " marks now)how much you figure this adds up to so far?Anyone good at math cause I ain't doing it.I haven't even been arrested yet.Do I need to go on?Maybe not but I'm pissed off so I will.Now the arresting officer and two of his compadres come get me.Have you seen the price of gas ? That stuff ain't cheap.How many miles so far do you think? Now at the jail there's one to frisk me (for those of you concerned he was gentle) one top book me a different one to fingerprint another to take and exchange my perfectly good clothes for some unflattering orange garb .Then ,don't ask me why, they want me to do unmentionable things with my unmentionables .Oh i got fed somewhere in that time.Now I'm just another criminal,so I'm sure there are stats on a per day cost.4 days of that.Then The Judge ,Prosecuting attorney clerk.Screw this I'm done .All this when if they'd have been honest in the first place and said hey bub it was you.They new before even giving me the money.They set it up to spend all this cash why?Ask yourself Why,Why Why.Man if this doesn't piss you off to know `what they or even make you ask where's America going to .I'm believ it or not out of words.Peace Brian Visocsky 2109 w. Today's the day they give babies away with every pound of tea Posted 3/30/2007 3:40:35 PM I don't recommend the tea .Hey but what do I know.I haven't written anything in a while so I'll tell you about the felonious mathematician. It seems that ,and it may shock you ,I'm not the most organized of people.There may be something to the old saying a cluttered mind = a cluttered house. Anyway back to the point I'm going to try to make.I run my own business,and try to mind my own also,but thats neither here nor there.I had a rash of thefts at my place.I was at the bank doing some You guessed it Fishing, no no banking.I should have been on a fish bank,Badda bing.Yes,I'm doing the happy dance cause I think I'm clever ,the truth is Ray Charles could see that one coming,yes I'm on a roll.Yes I have issues ,more issues than Play boy,zing,more dancing,I crack me up.Where was I,Fishing ,no Banking,remember I don't keep the best records ,when I received the balance I was beside myself.After the recent thefts I assumed that my ATM card had been taken .There were only two people who would have known my pin so thats who I mediately thought of.I looked over the bank print outs and there it was in black and white .Two $100.00 withdrawals from an atm machine I had never been to.I suggested then that we have a look at the camera film ,and they said it wasn't possible,unless the police were called and involved ,then I was informed that I wouldn't receive any of the money because it would be my negligence that allowed it .I didn't care maybe these two were also the ones stealing tools .So I filled out there paperwork and was satisfied .2 months went by I never inquired about the money.I forgot about it ,It was $200 not pocket change but not financial desaster either.I was getting increasingly bad service from them sense the incident and they wanted to hold every check till they cleared .Something they hadn't done up until then.Finally I'd had enough and closed my account. Another month went by and I received a call from the bank.They said to come down and pick up my check.What check ,the check for the missing two hundred dollars.So with my head held high I marched in to get my money.They gave me my check and even was happy to cash it.Cash it even though I didn't even have my Id. with me.Are you seeing flags yet?Well I'll have to finish this later ,I have to go lay some tile.Really works a nessasary evil I must perform but I promise to finish tonight.Peace (0) Comments

The US/Mexican border Posted 2/23/2007 8:26:27 PM Now this is a subject that is so muddied that in my opinion it will never get resolved .First off I come from Polish decent.Ok Blonde ,Blue eyed ,blah blah blah .That said,I live in a border town. 15 min . away,Mexico.Not the sandy beaches of cobo wabbo or what ever but the cardboard house's eating outta garbage ,don't turn your back on anyone Mexico. I see it all the time .Everyday people die ,steal beg and suffer innumerable wrongs to get here.I know that it's not the USA's problem their poor but in my opinion I'd rather help a neighbor on their feet than cut out the leggs of someone that hasn't done you any harm.Just because I think he might in the future.
