Oh My God.... is this a post?

Yep, but just a quick one for those of you that actually still check this thing! I'm quitting my job and moving back to Indiana! WooHoo! I put in my two weeks notice on Monday, and thats it, I just wanted to share.

Music: The Arctic Monkeys : Hard Rock Live!

Posted on 5/23/2007 2:26:07 PM | (0) Comments

Well folks, Davey-boy / Tyler-boy visited Orlando, this past weekend, hit up CityWalk, drank heavily... you know, the usual. The reason why I traveled so far was for a concert! The Arctic Monkeys where headlining a show at the famous... or infamous... Hard Rock Live. I managed to snap off a few pics with the good ole razr phone ( piece of shit camera ), but excuse the quality... Whelp, you probably wont hear from again in forever... but hey, say a prayer before you go to sleep tonight, and maybe, just maybe I'll visit you in your dreams.

Have a Look-See...: The Beach...

Posted on 3/27/2007 7:58:04 AM | (1) Comments

BATHTUB BEACH

And not the one with Leonardo... A couple days ago I took a trip to the beach. Its the second time I've went in like two weeks, and that is amazing since that is about one half of the occumulative time I've spent at the beach in three years. I am also the white-est of white-boys, so the sun doesn't treat me very nice. I got burned pretty bad the first time out, but this second time, I was actually surprized that it wasn't that bad. I've never really tried to get a tan, or have any color, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm gonna try to go again this week if I can squeeze in the time. I didn't take my Minolta with me this time though, just my Razr camera, so sorry about the crappy quality pics, but hey, you get the idea!

Music: TOOL

Posted on 3/24/2007 11:32:49 AM | (0) Comments

T O O L

Oh yes, the time has finally come. Tool is coming. And I actually have tickets. I can't believe it! This band, above all others, is my favorite... hands down. I could sit here and type on and on about how amazing I think the music is, and all the metaphores and little inuendos and all the things in their music that has changed me, or made me look as something in my life a little different... I could go on... for 100 pages, so you get the idea. I've never seen them live though. But now I get my shot. On May 29th at the Sundome in Tampa, Florida, I will be there!!! I did get kind of screwed over by ticketmaster though, that damn "time out" bull crap on their site. You only have like one minute to fill in all your shit, and if it wouldn't have kicked me off, I would've had like front row seats!!! I was really.... really pissed off when it kicked me offline..... ready for a murder spree kind of mad.... I did end up getting some pretty good seats though, I'm happy with them.

SECTION C2, ROW 16, SEATS 1-3
SO I GUESS IN COMPARISON TO WHAT I COULD'VE GOT... NOT SO BAD.... I COULD BE IN VERY BACK!

I'm really excited to go to this show. I've seen A Perfect Circle twice, once in Indianapolis, Indiana, and once in Cincinatti, Ohio. (Maynard is the lead singer for APC too, if you are a loser... and didn't know that... j/k....) I had a shot to go see tool back in 02' for the Lateralus tour, but that fell straight through the crapper cause I didn't have any money to drop on it. All together this time around, the three tickets I bought costed me $186.50 from ticketmaster... and every penny is worth it!!!!!!!!!!!

If you get a chance to see these guys live, just once in your life.... take the shot. You wont regret it, they are one of the greatest bands ever... atleast in my meaningless opinion.

Later.

NE OF MY FAVORITE QUOTES BY MAYNARD JAMES KEENAN, THE LEAD SINGER OF TOOL, ABOUT NEW BANDS SAYING THAT TOOL HAS INFLUENCED THEM.... ENJOY.

“ I don't really see the connection. Because there is some intensity in some of our songs, I think these bands pick up the surface noise, and that's their influence. When I hear these loud, goofy posturing idiots jumping up and down, more concerned about their hairdos than their music, it's just we don't do that, what am I missing? There's nothing to the music that moves me, or compels me to want to sit down and listen to it, which is unfortunate. Maybe I'm just a cynical old bastard. ”

MY PREFERED BLEND-O-DEATH!!!

...Smoking that is... it's been a long week of avoiding the temptations, the alluring smell and the feeling that I miss from the sweet little cancer providing, slices of life known as cigarettes. I was just sitting there, the other day, thinking to myself how short life really is and I decided I should probably stop cutting my own legs out from under myself. Smoking has always been a huge part of my life. Pretty much, my whole family has smoked at one time or another - with the exception of few individuals. Both of my parents and my wife also smokes. I started smoking cigarettes in high school as kind of a "casual" habit, if you can even call it that. I only really smoked every once in awhile at first... and like most people, my habit developed into much, much more. I've been on a steady "pack-a-day" for about three years now, and I could actually start to see a large impact on my physical abilities, especially running, or any cardio work for that matter. Over the past year and a half, I've totally cut out any "soda" drinks from my diet, I pretty much drink water and juice only, and I've drastically changed my eating habits - less salt, less fat, just less all together. But at the same time, I was still sucking down the smoke clouds, 20 times a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.... I guess if I'm trying to be "healthy" I ought to actually "try."

SOME "FUN" FACTS!!! YEAH!!!

So thats about enough of all that crap for the day, I think I've made the right choice, but we'll just have to wait and see if I can keep off the habit. Wish me luck!

SNOT
"GET SOME"
RELEASED IN 1997

Yep, the name of the band is "Snot." They emerged in the 1990's as a metal/punk band, and though they never acheived "world domination" like some of their counterparts, they were recieved greatly by crowds all over the country with very little publicity, mainly by word of mouth. Just one of those bands that kind of came from nowhere... and then boom, here they are, just killing it on stage every night.

THE MEMBERS

"Snot" was made up of Lynn Strait on vocals, Mike Doling on guitar, Jonathan Fahnestock A.K.A. Tumor on the bass, Sonny Mayo on guitar, Jamie Miller and Shannon Larkin have both played drums on Snot's albums, Mike Smith came in and replaced original guitarist Sonny Mayo, to play on the second album... and then tragedy struck. The lead singer, Lynn Strait died in a car accident on a California freeway exit ramp on December 11, 1998. The other life that was lost on that day was the bands mascot, and Lynn's personal pet, Dobbs, the dog on the cover of their album "Get Some". After this, the band pretty much just split saying, "It just wouldn't be right without Lynn, We hate when other bands just go on like it's nothing." The second album "Strait Up" was released in 2000, as a tribute album to Lynn, with various other artists on the album. Its an awesome album, and you have to own it. So go out and buy Get Some and Strait Up today, right now, get off your ass and buy it!!!

The Cinderella Man

ORIGINAL MOVIE POSTER

I personally put off seeing this movie because I thought it didn't look very good. I knew nothing about James Braddock, his family, or of the times in which he lived. I did know it was a "boxing movie" but thats about it. My wife and I watched it the other night and I must say I was very impressed. I thought to myself as I was putting it in the dvd player, "I'm gonna fall right asleep to this..." I was wrong. I watched it from credits to credits and I loved it. It's just one of those movies you can't take you eyes off of and that your mind will be on for atleast a couple of days afterwards. One of those movies that you feel like you relate too, even though you can't really even imagine being in a situation like the characters. Its just a great movie, and it is deserving of your viewing, so go get it... now! I think its been out for awhile now, but definately pick this one up at the store if you don't already have it.

NEW KEY ART AS LISTED ON THE OFFICIAL SPIDERMAN 3 MOVIE BLOG.

If you're a Spidey fan like me, then you have to go to nbc.com today, before 9p.m. so you can see the seven and a half minute clip from Spiderman 3. They started letting you view it last night during the show Heroes, which also aired a little snippet, never before seen, from the movie. The clip on nbc.com is very good, you get to see how amazing the cinematography is going to be in this Spiderman installment. And once again, at the very end, a flash of Venom. He actually looks very different from the last clip I saw. I've slowed down and captured single frames from several different preview clips I have with Venom in it, and he looks different everytime. Kind of wierd... but they are probably just doing it to mess with us nerds. I have faith though, Venom will be amazing on screen.

SPIDERMAN 3
MAY 4, 2007

P.S. RUMOR HAS IT THAT THE NEW TRAILER FOR SPIDERMAN 3 IS AIRING BEFORE "300", WHICH RELEASES NATIONWIDE THIS FRIDAY. SO IF YOU ARE A FREAK LIKE ME, YOU'LL GO SEE "300" EVEN IF YOU DON'T WANT TO, JUST TO SEE THE TRAILER!!!

D-OUT.

The Other Movie Guru: The Number 23

Posted on 3/3/2007 12:54:54 PM | (0) Comments

THE NUMBER 23

So, Meredith and myself ventured out last night to catch a "cinematic adventure", or a viewing of The Number 23 at the local theater here in town. She actually had already seen the movie while she was up in Indiana with the Bakerman himself. We met up with some friends aroung 10:10 to catch the movie which started at 10:30 pm. I thought the movie was great, it had awesome characters and a killer plot, but the only thing I thought was lacking was the ending. To me it was a little too predictable. But other than that, it was a wonderful movie, I definately say atleast go see it once, while it's still on the big screen because hey, I'm only one person, and most likely your opinion will differ from my own. So go see it, if you already haven't, and enjoy.

"RUBBER FACTORY"
by
THE BLACK KEYS

If you don't know em', well... check them out. I've been a fan for awhile, and now since I heard they have a song in the upcoming movie "Black Snake Moan", starring Samuel L. Jackson, I figured I'd try to spread the word around a little bit. The name of the song on that movie soundtrack is called "When the Lights Go Out" and the name of the entire album it is on is "Rubber Factory." Remember the name, The Black Keys, and go download it or buy it, I don't really care which, I'm just letting you know its worth it.

So, where have I been... ?: Yes.... Once Again....

Posted on 3/3/2007 12:37:17 PM | (0) Comments

Well, I've just been on a little bit of a vacation I guess. I was really just getting things accomplished in my day to day life, and I guess I just got a little to busy, or caught up, in all of that for a post! Not that I have tons of people waiting to read what I have to say or anything, or if anyone is actually reading this right now, I guess I mainly just do this for me anyways, and that probably matters most. So today I'm gonna make a few posts about some things that have went down since I've typed my thoughts on newblog the last time.

Enjoy.

Employee of the month. Get it now. I just picked it up last night while scavenging around the local Wal-mart for some essentials. I've been wanting to see this one for so long, and the wait was worth it! It's nice seeing DC in a movie thats not made in 95' co-starring Dennis Rodman.... he does good, and if anybody out there has ever worked for a "big chain" store, you'll laugh your ass off! They poke so much fun at the "corporate" staff and at the management of places like that.

THE WHOLE CREW

It takes place in a store called Super Club, which is pretty much Sams Club, or BJ's, if you have either store in your area. Dane Cook plays Zach Bradley, some what of a burn out who lives with his grandmother. He is a box boy at the Super Club and has his own little circle of friends. Dax Shepard plays Vince, his arch nemesis in the movie, who is lead cashier who has won employee of the month 17 consecutive times. Zach decides to go for the title when he finds out that the new girl Amy, played by Jessica Simpson, transfered from her other Super Club job after sleeping with the employee of the month over there.

NEED I SAY MORE?

The story is decent for a comedy of this caliber. I highly suggest you go pick this one up immediately. And check out who else has a starring role!!!

Music: The Sleeping... A New Band Worth Checking Out!

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 2006

BELIEVE WHAT WE TELL YOU 2004

Well folks, I heard of a new band from a friend of mine. This new band is called The Sleeping. I was a little sceptical at first since the cd case says they sound like Taking Back Sunday, and I'm not a big fan of them. Well, that cd case was pretty off base.... cause to me, they don't really sound like Taking Back Sunday, their sound is totally different, far more advanced.

DOUGLAS ROBINSON

JOSEPH ZIZZO

The Sleeping is made up of four fellows from Long Island, New York. Joseph Zizzo on the Drums, Douglas Robinson on the mic, Salvatore Mignano on the bass guitar, and Cameron Keym on guitar and keyboards. The band does have its own website, but I found much more info about them at purevolume.com. So, check em' out if you wanna, or don't if your a lame ass loser. Talk to you all very soon...... very, very.... soon.

MARGOT AND THE NUCLEAR SO AND SOS

AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE SHOW I MISSED!!!

So, while a friend of mine was up visiting some friends in my home town of Indianapolis, He also got to check out one of my favorite bands live. Margot and the Nuclear So and So's are a native Indy band, that completely took me by surprise. They have a sound all their own and are sure to get your head moving... even if its just a little. Some of the people in the band I even went to high school with. I wish I still played music on a regular basis myself, I'd probably do anything I could to jam with these guys! The show my friend saw was at the historic Irving theater in Indianapolis.

THE IRVING THEATER

Its a great venue for just about any kind of music, the acoustics in that old building are just incredible for a concert. And the stage presence of Margot and friends is breathtaking from what I hear. I just wish I could've been there. Well, if you wanna check em' out, and your not gonna be up in Indy any time soon, you can download their album from the iTunes Music Store, or buy the album from their website. Well folks, I'm Outta Here!!!

D.... or is it T... out.

The Other Movie Guru: Do some Crank and Then Some Magic!

Posted on 1/16/2007 11:28:45 AM | (2) Comments

CRANK

Yep, you heard right! Over the past few nights I've watched a couple of new flicks I picked up, and I've been very impressed with both. Well, actually, I had already seen Crank in the theaters, but I only saw it once, so it was a nice refresher. The story is pretty much this: It follows the professional assassin Chev Chelios, who has been poisoned with the "Beijing Cocktail", a poison that cuts off his adrenaline gland, so he has to keep moving to stay alive.

If you like action movies that actually have a point... this is the one for you! I think it has a great story and a whole bunch of comic relief. I was worried originally that it would just be another Transporter movie, but I was totally wrong. So go on, go check it out!

THE ILLUSIONIST

The next one up is the Illusionist. And being and amatuer magician myself, I was very excited to see this one. Unfortunately, I was never able to catch this one at the theaters, but the wait was worth it. Wow, what a story, what an ending, and most of the effects done in the movie were actually performed by Edward Norton, or the other actors playing his character as a younger man.

The movie is set in the early 1900's in Vienna. I think that the setting for this movie makes it all the better, the "old time" look and feel of it makes it that much more mysterious to me. So, if you want my advice... go check this one out too. I've got a few more to watch that I purchased recently, like Lady in the Water, and Little Miss Sunshine. So, if anybody has a warning about either of those, than leave me a comment... atleast then I'll know what to expect!

The "Other" Movie Guru.... Out.

Thank You Steve Jobs: Apple Unveils the iPhone and More....

Posted on 1/10/2007 8:53:42 AM | (0) Comments

HEY MR. GATES.... WHERE YA AT?

Oh my god. I've been waiting so long for this. Apple is finally coming out with a smartphone. Steve Jobs and company unveiled the new device yesterday at the annual Macworld Conference. The hype on the internet about this thing has been gradually getting worse and worse for about a year now, leading up to yesterday atleast. I have to say I am very impressed with what they've managed to come up with. Its very elegant. Well hell... see for yourself...

Check out the specs on apple.com, but heres what they have to say to sum it up... "iPhone combines three products — a revolutionary mobile phone, a widescreen iPod with touch controls, and a breakthrough Internet communications device with desktop-class email, web browsing, maps, and searching — into one small and lightweight handheld device. iPhone also introduces an entirely new user interface based on a large multi-touch display and pioneering new software, letting you control everything with just your fingers. So it ushers in an era of software power and sophistication never before seen in a mobile device, completely redefining what you can do on a mobile phone." The only downfall as far as I'm concerned is that it is gonna be carried on Cingular, which sucks ass. I hate Cingular with a passion, but I might have to swallow my pride for this one. Although, I'm not sure if Alltel company policy allows me to carry a cingular phone.... well, we'll just have to find out!

TAKING TELEVISION TO THE NEXT LEVEL, ONE STEP CLOSER TO "WONKA-VISION"

Now, this device could possibly be the greatest thing ever made for home theater buffs. It allows you to stream your digital movies downloaded from iTunes directly to your television without the hassle of burning anything, or transfering with a cable of anykind. Just purchase your movie on the net and iTv zips it over to your T.V. Unbelievable. And I think its only like $299 or something, and when you think about what it is doing... thats not that bad of a price if you ask me! One other cool thing I thought, Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple, said yesterday that the company was going to get rid of the word "computer" in their title. Anyways, the NerdLord is out for the day, if you want some more info on this stuff, you better head on over to www.apple.com for the rest.

THANK YOU.

Me and The Bakerman back in the Day!!! Which was a Wednesday by the way.... Anyways, check it out, I think we looked damn cool.... But I'm also delusional. Atleast we had a little bit of fun when we were kids. Props to the Bakerman for the photo.

PUT YOUR HANDS TOGETHER JED, YEEEHAAAAHHHHHH!!!!

Happy Joyous Glee!: So Apparently The World Is Coming To An End.... Eh?

Posted on 1/9/2007 11:23:56 AM | (1) Comments

WELL, IF "THEY" SAY SO.... I BELIEVE IT!

Well folks, I'm not to sure that the World is coming to an end, but that seems to be the "hype." But stop me if I'm wrong... but haven't people been saying that for about... I don't know... ummmm.... since the beginning of time! I know the world is in turmoil, or whatever... but I think we are doin just fine - as far as the World "Ending." But maybe its just me, for once I'm being optimistic about something! But none the less, lets go through some scenerios shall we.

GET THE SURF BOARDS JED, WE IS GOIN OUT IN STYLE!

I think my least favorite way to go out would be in a massive storm of some sorts... I mean, how lame ass is that!? The "experts" say that weather phenomenon is getting increasing stronger... which is the same thing they said years ago, every year, and next year they'll say the same thing... oh no.... I'm so scared, but anyways, it would be lame to bite it in a massive storm.

"FRODO, NO... SAM LOVES YOU... HOMOSEXUALLY..."

Well, no this isn't Mt. Doom, but I had to get my poke at LOTR in... so HA! Some experts say that all the world's volcano's are gonna erupt and block out the sun... and kill us all... blah, blah, blah. Well, that would suck about as much as a damn bunch of bad storms covering the earth. C'mon... I want some excitement!!!

THE SURF IS REALLY UP THIS TIME JED!!!

Atleast if there was a giant tidal wave, I could spend the day at the beach and maybe take one last dive in the ocean! As soon as the water pulled back, I'd started haulin' ass out into the basin the water has left... I figure since I'm screwed anyways, I might as well go all out with it.... but maybe I'm crazy... maybe I'm insane... but what else would there be to do?

NOW WE'RE TALKIN'

I think besides Nuclear Winter... this is the most likely to wipe our sorry asses off the face of the earth. I mean, its happened before... remember that whole thing with the dinosaurs? We can only track so many objects floating around out there in the void of space, and sooner or later, we are gonna get our asses spanked by one of those big rocks! I think I'd get a lawn chair and go up onto the roof of my apartment and watch it all go down... I don't think I'll be able to run away from it, and with all the mass hysteria going on, I wont have any need to go out either.
Will you join me?

ALRIGHT, THIS ONE SERIOUSLY FREAKS ME OUT...

I think that the most likely way we are gonna bite it, is by our own hands. Eventually through nuclear or biological warfare, we'll end up blowing ourselves to smithereens... ( with a pumpkin bomb)... Atleast if you were in the blast it would be painless... but I'd probably be in the fallout zones, so I would get to be all mutated and shit before I go out. That would definately suck. Well folks, hopefully the world doesn't end today! I honestly think if we get our shit together, we'll all be fine.

P.S. GLOBAL WARMING IS BULLSHIT, WE'LL ALL BE LONG GONE BEFORE THE EFFECTS OF THAT START TO HAPPEN ANYWAYS... HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Welcome to My Life: Maybe a Laugh to Start the Day... or Not...

I ACTUALLY TOOK THIS PICTURE WHILE DOWN IN WEST PALM BEACH... I KNOW, UNBELIEVABLE ISN'T IT!!!

Hey everybody.... well, I should say.... "Hey to the two people that actually read this!" Anyways... I haven't posted, yet again, in a long while... sometimes I just find it hard to find stuff to write about. Not a lot of stimulation that is positive going on. But, recently, a couple things I figured would be worth throwing some "keys" down on, so here goes. About a week ago now, I purchased a rather nice looking Foosball table at the Ol' Walmart. It was only like $100, so I wasn't expecting very much out of it, but I have to say, I was blown away. I think they might have priced it wrong, or they were just trying to get it out of their way... but this table is awesome. I've played on tables ranging from $300 to $500, even some custom built ones, and the one I bought hangs right up there with the big boys. So, needless to say (literally), I was impressed.

HERE'S THE TABLE, AND AS LISTED ON WALMART'S WEBSITE, IT IS $225, I PAID $100 PLUS TAX... NOT A BAD DEAL. IF YOU WANNA BUY ONE REGULAR PRICE... CLICK HERE

I also took a little trip down to West Palm Beach the other day... and visited a little place called Guitar Center. I haven't been to a Guitar Center in over two years now. And that really sucks! I ended up buying myself a Talyor acoustic guitar. I already have a guitar right now but it belonged to my pathetic excuse for a father.... but thats a whole other story, that there is no sense in even getting into... (also since no one reads this anyways...), but back to the story. I've been putting off buying a guitar because my feeble mind was on the PS3 bug, and I could not think clearly. I'm actually glad now that I didn't end up buying a PS3, a guitar is an investment for me, and I've lost touch with what used to be one of the most important parts of my life... music. And now I can dive back into that, and see what happens next! The model I purchased was the Taylor 110 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar. Its a mid-range price, but it plays amazing, I've never had an acoustic this nice before. I love it. CHECK IT OUT!

HERES SOME PICS FROM ONLINE, I'LL GET SOME OF ME PLAYING ON HERE SOON!

So yeah.... other than that, life is going.... rolling down the street, never stopping... and thats the way it is. So, if you actually did read this, maybe leave a comment, or not, it doesn't really matter anyways... under the Vanilla Sky.

I SNAPPED THIS ONE WITH MY KRZR K1M PHONE, BEFORE IT TOTALLY CRAPPED OUT ON ME THE OTHER DAY... ITS A DECENT PIC ATLEAST!

Lets just start out with Adrenaline. I guess it's only appropriate, sense it is the first album released by the Deftones back in 1994. I personally love this album, and since I'm providing the album artwork... you need to get off your "christmas loving" ass, and go buy it for somebody! NOW!

AROUND THE FUR

Now onto this loving selection of spiritual enlightenment, and pure hope and joy for the holidays... otherwise known as Around the Fur. This being the second album released by the Deftones back in 1997, with the most popular songs being "My Own Summer ( Shove it )" and " Be Quiet and Drive ( Far Away )." So... what you gotta do is, go buy this one too, but it in your little boom box, computer, radio... whatever it is that you have, and enjoy.

WHITE PONY

Maynard Fans, its time to shine! White Pony, the third Christmas ripping album released by the Deftones is a literal slosh of emotion and numbness. Buy it, listen to "Passenger" featuring Maynard James Keenan and loose your mind.... right now.... forget about Christmas.... oops, am I still allowed to say Christmas anymore? I don't care either way, I'm gonna say it, cause that's what I celebrate, if you don't like that, then read someone elses post! Anyways, after "Passenger" carry your ass onto track 11, and listen to "Change ( In the house of flies )", and slip further into the pit of psychosis.

DEFTONES

The self titled Deftones album came out in May of 2003, and is a favorite amongst my circle of friends. It took a different turn for me personally, it has an even deeper meaning, as if the other albums didn't! Chino continues to surprise me with he style of singing and lyrical genius continues to grow. In the style of Robert Smith from the Cure, Chino's voice can grab your attention during anything you might be doing while listening to the album, and seriously make you sit down and listen... much better that Christmas music yet again. The songs "Minerva", "Hexagram", and "Needles and Pins" are my personal favorites on the record.

SATURDAY NIGHT WRIST

And now onto the newest installment from boys of moods, Saturday Night Wrist, which debuted this year on Halloween Day.... ewwwww.... scary huh? This album is truly an accomplishment. I love every song on this album, their best work to date as far as I'm concerned.... but we all know, my opinion is total garbage anyways.... so the only way to actually find out is to go buy all these albums and break the ritualistic habit of listening to so much Christmas music this year.

If you are feeling extra sponky.... then you can go out and pickup this album too,

B-SIDES AND RARITIES
Merry Christmas.... minus the music!

So, where have I been... ?: "....it is the question that drives us..."

You know the question, just as I did..... Well, I haven't exactly been in the Matrix, but I might as well have been. Busy, busy, busy me, buzzing around and trying to get absolutely everything done all at once. It's moving time yet again, and getting all that together on it's own is an accomplishment.

Meredith, my roomate Jamie L. and myself managed to get all the "big stuff" moved in a few truck loads, over the period of one day. One very, very long day if I may say so! The next day I felt like I got hit by a truck or some other really bad thing.... none the less, I was extremely tired and I did not feel like working.

I've also been working, pretty much none stop. Last week, for example, I had 69 hours and the week before that I had around 56 hours. It turns out to be a really nice check, but sometimes I feel numb from working so much. So, pretty much, I've been lazy, and just haven't made a post! Seriously though, I have missed posting on here, and I'm gonna get back into it, I promise, I just gotta try to get back on a regular schedule again, and recover from the Moving Madness!

My other past time has pretty much been scowering the internet for Spiderman 3 news, leaks, breaks, footage, pics, videos, and anything else I can possible find, in hopes of catching a glimpse of the elusive Venom! There are finally some really good shots out there of him, some decent freeze frames from a video clip with him in it. I think around February is gonna be the "prime time" to catch all the Spiderman 3 stuff I could ever want to see.... atleast until the actual movie comes out!
I am such a nerdy loser....... goooooooooood.

Sorry, no pics today.... my damn PC is too slow to understand the ability to upload photographs.... I guess it's just too much to ask of this simple minded, Microsoft junkpile.

BATTLE OVER PLANET ALLTEL

Well this weekend consisted of alot of lounging around on my part, and very little actually "getting things done." I was on-call for work on Saturday - supposed to be off - so I really couldn't get anything going, cause I never knew if I was gonna get a call to come into work. Ah, work. Thats where I am now, and you guessed it, I'm not supposed to be! All because some asshole doesn't want to drive an extra six miles out of his way to come down to our store in Stuart.... I get to come in on my day off. Thats great. Or is it just, "Gooooooooooooood....?" At any rate, I'm not really "feeling" being at work today, so I figured I'd make a post or something, since I haven't done that in a while.

THE CLOSEST I'LL EVER GET TO A REAL LIGHTSABER...

DON'T LOOK DIRECTLY INTO THE BEAM OR YOU'LL TURN GAY... UNLESS YOU'RE JAMIE BAKER... THEN YOU'LL REMAIN GAY.....

First off, you might have noticed I don't have music playing. I figured since the last song I uploaded to filelodge didn't work, I should probably just take down the player, to help improve your loading time. You see, I'm always thinking of you..... anyways, I also got rid of the Spiderman 3 counter down at the bottom of my page. Jamie Baker's first finger could not take the excessive amount of scrolling needed to reach the viewing area of where I had it posted, so sadly, we have to go without! It also took forever to load, so its gone.... again, thinking only of my viewing audience. I will get a new song up soon, something really annoying this time I think! But what will he choose....? You'll just have to wait and see!

Well, now onto something more fun! Video Games!!! Yesterday I purchased a couple new games. I picked up Need For Speed : Carbon, and Star Wars Episode III : Revenge of the Sith. I played a little bit of both games last night, as my thurst for game themes would change every hour or so, I'd switch between them, also I rented Marvel's Ultimate Alliance the other day too.. ( to be included in the carousel of gaming confusion...) which is a great game as well.

I DO NOT OWN THE PC VERSION, AND I NEVER WILL...

My only gripe about NFS:Carbon is that as usual with the franchise, they put way too much "extra crap" in the game. I just want a fun, decent looking racing game, with a couple of extras, but these guys always go over the top with dumb little extra scenerios. Oh yeah, and if you liked the "Drift" races before... load your guns now, cause your gonna want to paint the walls with your brains... they ruined it. Star Wars Episode III is a great game. It plays right through the movie, with cut scenes and lots of extra back story not seen in the movie. I feel I'm becoming increasing interested in the Star Wars fictional universe, the story is so compelling. By next year, I'll be one of those people dressed up like a Storm Trooper or Jedi Knight at a Comic Convention or some crap. "GOOOOOOOOOOOD....." *notes second reference to that one*

"TURNING TO THE GAY SIDE JAMIE BAKER, ARE YOU, ME THINKS."

Hello there everybody! What a wonderful day today is! Well, to start it off, a customer of mine passed away a couple weeks back, so that is not good news. Unfortunately for me, he had quite an account with little ol' Alltel, in which he normally came only to me. So, yesterday his son called customer service and had the account canceled out, at no charge ofcourse, and I lost all the data he had on the lines. Now, if somebody just straight up removes features from their phone line, then yes, I should loose the commission dollars made for that.... but if someone dies..... come on! How in the hell am I supposed to control that! And the thing he had that lost me the most was a wireless aircard that I was four days away from being in the clear for! At any rate, I'll be fine for the month... I just think it's shitty, that's all.

MY "ALLTEL INFLUENCED" WALLET... LOOK, IT EVEN COMES WITH NO MONEY, RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! HOORAY!

KYOCERA AIR-CARD.... I COULDN'T BRING IT UP WITHOUT TURNING IT INTO A PITCH... $59.99 A MONTH, UNLIMITED, FASTER THAN BROADBAND SPEEDS, NATIONWIDE... "COME AND GET YOUR LOVE!"

In other news, one of our employees quit over the weekend... wonder why.... and so now we are understaffed yet again. And with holiday season upon us, its not making a very enthusiatic team. Our scheduling is gonna be all shot to hell now, but I'm glad she quit anyways. She was a horrible sales person and so slow with the computers that every time she would be "chicken pecking" on the keyboard... I wanted to blow my brains all over that damn Alltel rug. Anyways, I guess I could look at it as less competition for me... except for that in three months working here she sold about a weeks worth of my numbers... so... on second thought, I can't really say that! HA! I do know that I have to work the day after Thanksgiving, which you all know is the craziest shopping day of the year, so hopefully I can really crank out the numbers on that day! Maybe eating all that turkey will make everyone's wallets fat, instead of just their asses!

Well, to everybody, have a great day!
