x-tras: Pets Posted 12/7/2005 1:02:47 PM Yes, there are going to be pets in my game. Each of the pets Has at least 6 different strength levels. For example, You have a CAT based pet. It starts as a BOBCAT. When it gets to a high enough level, it will upgrade into a LYNX. I will make a list of the pets. CATS: bobcat- lynx- cheetah- leopard- Tiger- Lion WOLVES: Lobo- Buffalo Wolf- Mountain Wolf- Timber Wolf- Arctic Wolf- Red Wolf DRAGONS: Kimodo Dragon- Lesser Dragon- Winged Dragon- Mountain Dragon- Greater Dragon- Spirit Dragon TROLLS: Minitroll- Little Troll- Cave Troll- Mountain Troll- Forest Troll- Gigatroll UNICORNS: Minihorn- Littlehorn- Plains Unicorn- Two Horn- Charger- Quickhorn FAERIES: coming soon... STATS your pets have stats, too. Whether or not you train them is up to you, but if you want to fight with your pet, it will take a spot on your party. You can have 4 people or pets in your party, so you can have up to three pets battling with you. If you want to battle with your pets, you have to up their intelligence and charisma. Below is the list of stats that they have. STR END INT MAG SPI CHA SPD AGR FRD STR:Strength- How much damage your pet does with its physical attacks. END:Endurance- How much damage your pet takes when attacked physically. INT:Intelligence- How smart your pet is. Pets are a CPU controlled ally. The higher the INT, the better decisions they make in a battle. MAG:Magic- How well your pet casts magic. RES:Resistance- How much damage you pet takes from magic. CHA:Charisma- How well you pet listens. If your pet won't listen, it is pretty hard to battle with. SPD:Speed- How quick you pets move. Does it need anymore? AGR:Aggression- How often it attacks physically. The higher the INT, the less they attack physically when unneeded. Low AGR means that they are passive in a battle. FRD:Friendliness- How well they interact with others. If your pet has a low FRD, then it is not wise to get another because they will fight each other, not the opponent. (2) Comments
