Dear Viewers,
Today I didn't do much. I went to the rec center and met up with some of my homiez. We hanged out for a while and went to there house so they could get there cloths, they wanted to spend the night at my house. Well, when we got to my house we chilled for a bit, then I let my friend and brother have there alone time. I guess that's what you can call it. It doesn't really bother me. Should It? I mean I'm not her mom I cant tell her what to do or when to do it, right? I don't know. Besides all that, there's not much going on. I'm with Junior still and on the 16th, we will be going out for 5 months!! I still cant believe it! he means the world to me and I don't know what I would do without him! Yea, hes a soft more but I don't care. Age is nothing but a number! We are only like 2 years apart! That's not a big deal right? Well, my friends lately have been alright. I'm not this one girls friend no more, because she lied to me and back stabbed me, so I really dont trust her at all I mean come on, whats a friendship without trust? That's lie what its based on! And if they don't have trust then that means they do not have any loyalty! Do you think I'm wrong? Am I making a pretty harsh decision? Schools going great! All my grades are A's and B's! I'm almost done with my harry potter book, that I been reading for about a couple weeks now! I have all the books and movies! Hopefully they make more movies! I would like that a lot! Well, anyways its getting late and I'm getting tired!

Aries-
You can tell that you need to keep pushing today, even if everything looks hopeless. It's one of those days that demands commitment and you can offer the right measure of that if you want.

Taurus-
It's a great day for you and you may want to cast off your responsibilities and just indulge yourself. Why not? You deserve a break just as much as, if not more than, most other people!

Gemini-
Someone has good advice for you, so listen up and see if you can absorb it while there's still time. You may be rather impatient, but if you can find it within yourself to sit still for a bit, you'll be rewarded.

Cancer-
Spend a little extra time and energy at home today, as there are issues just starting to arise that you can handle with ease at this point. Family member are much easier to interact with now.

Leo-
You are seeing the world in black and white today -- but you may be the only one! People seem obsessed with nuance and while you can see the value of detail, some things are just either right or wrong. Right?

Virgo-
Your brain power is amped up even before your first cup of coffee today, so go nuts and break down any issues that have been making you crazy lately. You may find some unusual solutions.

Libra-
You and your friends and coworkers are strong allies right now and should be able to get a lot done together. If you don't have plans, it's a good time to sit down together and hash something out.

Scorpio-
You're feeling more intensely than you have been lately, which is saying something! If things are good, you're ecstatic; if not, you may be rather depressed Things should even out soon, though.

Sagittarius-
If you feel daunted by paperwork or bureaucracy, just remember that millions of others deal with it every day and so can you! Just because you can see through it, that doesn't mean you get to skip past it!

Capricorn-
You need to reconnect with nature somehow. Gardening should work, as would taking a long walk or bike ride somewhere that's literally off the beaten path. You should feel enthusiastic for quite a while!

Aqaurius-
Life is rather weird right now, so see if you can out-weird it! Your nuttiest ideas might be perfect for keeping things together and it may very well be that you're in the right place to make it all happen!

Pisces-
Today is perfect for taking it easy, preferably around the house. If that can't work for some reason, you should still try to relax as much as possible and look for simple answers to life's questions.

The Boy And The Cop
-----------------------
There was a cop on his horse waiting to cross the road when a little boy on his new shiny bike stopped beside him.
''Nice bike,'' the cop said, ''did Santa bring it to you?''

''Yep,'' the little boy said, ''he sure did!''

The cop looked at the bike and while handing the boy a $20 ticket he said, ''Next year, tell Santa to put a license plate on the back of it.''

To go along with the cop, the little boy said, ''Nice horse you got there sir, did Santa bring it to you?'' ''Yes, He sure did,'' said the cop.

The little boy looked up at the cop and said, ''Next year tell Santa to put the dick underneath the horse instead of on top.''

There Comes A Point in your life when you relize who matters, Who never did, Who won't anymore, and who always will. So don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.

You Can Be Happier
--------------------
During the last fifty years, there have been spurts of positive income growth, purchasing power and an unbelievable increase in luxuries in the U.S. However, Richard Layard, a British economist says that we have been living on a happiness plateau.

The disconnection between what we have and what we feel has created much interest among social scientists, psychologists and writers. It has also led to a significant amount of research in the area of happiness.

For instance, important research in the area of Positive Psychology has discovered what contributes to a sense of well-being and happiness. One of the exciting discoveries is that there are things you can do to increase happiness without making major life changes. Ongoing research and publications on happiness indicate that once your basic needs are met, money does not make you happy. Things that have the potential to make you happy are:

• Family.

• Friends.

• Meaningful work that you enjoy.

• Community involvement.

• More giving and less getting.

• Gratefulness for what you have.

• Less watching television.

While you may not want to put time and energy into each of these areas, there are probably a couple that would be meaningful to you. From the above list, make a commitment and plan to enrich several of these areas in your life.

Some things you can do with your favorite memories to begin to feel happier are:

• Make a list of your favorite memories from the last six months.

• Find some photos or mementos to remind you of your positive memories. Put them in a place where you can easily see them.

• Choose one of your favorite memories and use visual imagery or a mental snapshot to savor the experience and feeling. Then, deposit the memory in your "happiness account".

Research also indicates that how you choose to think about things can affect your level of happiness. The article "Sweet Remembrance" in the July 2006 issue of Psychology Today pointed out how positive memories can increase your feelings of happiness and help you be healthier.

If you want to try doing this as an exercise for yourself:

• Take fifteen to twenty minutes a day to think about happy or good experiences you have had. It is especially helpful to do this before you fall asleep at night.

• Replay them in color in your head as if you were watching a movie.

• Capture the feeling that goes with it.

Be sure to think of how the experience felt then rather than focusing on the event being over now. To improve your mood, it is important to see each good event as permanently enriching rather than temporary.

In addition to decreasing feelings of depression and improving your health, this exercise can:

• Motivate you.

• Give you a sense of meaning and purpose.

• Boost your mood.

• Decrease stress.

• Increase self-esteem.

• Improve friendships and close relationships.

• Help you cope with problems more effectively.

• Increase your sense of well-being.

Start to reap the benefits from having an improved sense of well-being and feeling happier today by choosing to follow some of these suggestions. Positive Psychology can help you move forward confidently and successfully.

The Bath Tub Test
-------------------
It doesn't hurt to take a hard look at yourself from time to time, and this should help get you started:

During a visit to the mental asylum, a visitor asked the Director what the criterion was which defined whether or not a patient should be institutionalized.

"Well," said the Director, "we fill up a bathtub, then we offer a teaspoon,a teacup and a bucket to the patient and ask him or her to empty the bathtub."

"Oh, I understand," said the visitor. "A normal person would use the bucket because it's bigger than the spoon or the teacup."

"No." said the Director, "A normal person would pull the plug. Do you want a bed near the window?"

A horse named Albert was purchased from an auction by The Last Chance Ranch in horrible condition. He was literally down to skin and bones!! The owner before The Last Chance Ranch let Albert go to waste. He was carless and very ignorant. After Albert was purchased they had weighed him and he came out 700 pounds under weight. This horse was dying slowly and painfully. While Albert was with LCR they noticed how weak he was. He would need help back up when he would lie down or roll around. LCR knew they needed to do something. They had put forth a plea and volunteers automatically steped forth! They were dedicated to Albert and the job to make him well again! They had many inventions to help him stand straighter and to not to slouch! They had him treated for worms and had ran several blood tests. He was seemingly to get better! He loved attention and loved to eat apples. Albert was put on a regimen of high fat, good quality hay and grain, and oral supplements. So basically he had to be hand walked often. They needed a lot of equipment and the volunteers had to raise all te money! They did it with absolutley no complants what so ever. Well, they thought he was getting better but to only find out Alberts diarrhea was getting worse. He was then treaed with Gastro Coat. It failed to help. Albert still wouldnt eat. Then sadly on a Tuesday midnight he passed away in his sleep. LCR had dedicated there ranch to Albert and are proud of the accomplisment they achieved. If they wouldnt have saved Albert he would have passed away in agony and pain. Instead he passed away knowing he had a new loving family. They kept Albert alive longer than he would have ever been before. LCR is now a very impportant place and is known for the caring and suppport needed for horses in need. If you would like to see pictures of Albert while in his condition go to my photo album, they will be marked under Albert.
