Sometimes life's burdens are just too much to handle that they throw us into a downward spiral with no end in sight. Although our burdens are heavy Christ tells us that His yoke is easy and that His burdens are light (Matt 11:30). Let's not lower our heads in shame but lift our eyes to the Heavens and cast our cares, worries, anxieties, and wants upon the Lord. Why, because He cares for us.
