Ok so hear is how it is..
this is the truth..
my mom and everyone els in my family that i can think off thinks iv gained alot of weight.
im 14 i weight about 158.
i dont look that big but i guess i am =(
So anyways me myself and i, am trying to lose
weight.
i want me and mainly my mom to be happy.
And so far for the last two days iv did really good at eating good.
but today i gave in i kinda ate 1 cookie..
And then i had 5 more cuz they were sooooo good
=(
K but hear is where i need the help!
i need tip
Good habit tips
And good exerzice (cant spell that) Tips:
1 tip i have is dont eat after 6
Anymore tips will be very helpful
and i will be verry greatful of you =)
