4 days Posted 10/14/2008 10:04:31 AM 4 days till test and I am getting very nervous. I am trying not to think about it, but that is impossible. So I figure if I write here maybe my nerves will settle down. I have been working out everyday, now I am studying my Korean so I can figure the commands out during the test. Oh did I tell you the test is in Korean. My sparring is lacking right now, I just can't seem to get my foot that is on the floor when I kick to pivot correctly. Also all of a sudden I am having problems with my balance. I could stand on 1 foot for 10 minutes if I had to now it seems like I can hardly walk straight. This is why I get nervous when stupid things like this happens. Then I picture myself falling and not be able to get back up. I know I'm just worrying, but honestly I should be better this time around and I don't feel it. I seem to be having a hard time concentrating, getting focused. I hope it all just falls into place when I walk on that floor and bow in. I am going for a walk now to clear my head and to walk up the nice big hill I travel everyday to up my endurance. 4 days until the test. Ok then, Thanks for letting me vent. It helps alot. 2 weeks Posted 10/3/2008 11:26:54 PM 2 weeks till my 3rd degree karate test. I think I'm ready. I know my stuff I just hope I can last 3 hours on the floor, plus get beat up at the end. I will have to fight 3 black belts at the same time. I'm more nervous about my endurance. I am getting better, I have been walking the hills and working out constantly. I also started to drink organic soy milk and it is actually helping my knee's (I have bad knee's). I am also losing weight, which is a good thing when you have to jump in the air and kick. I'm focused and ready to go out on that floor and give my all. (16) Comments

Going crazy Posted 9/28/2008 10:24:16 PM Why is it when you get older you get cold all the time. It is in the 70's during the day and gets cool at night. My father has to turn the heat up to 78 degree's during the day. I have windows open and there are times I am turning the air conditioner on upstairs. I feel like I am going to combust, my kids are whining that they are hot all the time. Talking to him does nothing I actually think he turns the heat up more when I say something. (4) Comments

Sunday was a great day Posted 9/14/2008 9:40:24 PM Sunday has been a great! Went shopping and had fun with my twin girls, then we went to Rita's for some italian ice (I love Rita's). We decided to go ride go carts, mind you I am 5'8" "and these legs do not fit well in a damn go cart. My knees were almost touching my nose, lol. Riding around on that track was a blast. Lauren went first, me, then Brooke. Brooke decided she was going to pass us all and the little witch did. She came up beside me knocked me into the wall and laughed as she flew by me. After a few more times around the track she decided to pass Lauren, and she did as she blew past her with that shit eating grin on her face. But the day was great and we had a blast, I love spending time with my kids. Last week I went to a golf outing with my work and at work this last week my boss came up to me and asked if I had a good time and I said yes, (I really did). He said he could hear me laughing all over the golf course, then he told me his girlfriend said man imagine what it would be like to be one of Bunny's kids. I think that was the best compliment I ever had in my entire life. Sunday was just great! (3) Comments

Can you believe it!!!!!!! Posted 12/19/2007 11:58:51 AM Now little old me opens up a small Art Gallery/Coffee Shop. I worked very hard and waited for everything to go just right. Got all the paperwork signed, had alot of friends and family help me out. I have been open for only a couple of months. Everyone seems nice, everyone seems happy that I opened a coffee shop in this small town that really has no place to get a cup of coffee (ok a good cup of coffee). Got my own special blend of coffee which I have to admitt is very good. And a hot chocolate that will knock your socks off. So here is where it gets really interesting. The mayor of this small little town that I live in and have my wonderful coffee shop at stop by and informs me that someone wrote an anonymous letter to her. Wanting to know if I have my permits for food, and everything else I need a permit for. Well as I proceed to tell her I don't need a permit for food because I don't cook there I only sell desserts and they are brought in by bakers and caterers. I have a permit that I needed to get to put the kitchen sink and counter tops. (Need water to make coffee and wash cups). Now why would someone write an anonymous letter to the mayor? Because they don't have enough balls to walk into my shop and ask me to my face any questions they have. That's why! You know you always have one who's life is such a mess that they need to mess with others lives, and unless they are causing havoc they are not comfortable. Well I can tell you this, I never go down without a fight and when I fight I never lose. Who ever this person is I will find out and I will have my lawyer look into any law action that can be taken. Hi everyone Posted 10/17/2007 9:10:50 PM Things are finally starting to settle down some at the coffee shop/art gallery. Hoping by next week to have my computer all hooked up and ready to go. Changes Posted 9/23/2007 7:43:20 PM My life is changing, been working hard at it. I quit one of my jobs, my last day was Sat. I'm still going to teach karate, I just have to it's part of me. Well I took a giant leep and decided to open a coffee shop art gallery. I open next Saturday, aaagghhh!!!! I did it. I have been painting the place for the last 4 days. I will own my business starting Oct. 1st. And it feels great, I am loving every minute of it. So now that my life is going the way I want it to I have decided to jump back into photography, painting and writing. I started writing a story a few years back and got to busy to write. Now I will have more time so I decide to try and finish this story I love. I will write some every week, let me know what you all think. Thanks Bunny (4) Comments
