The Adventures of Painting
Posted on 4/14/2007 10:48:35 AM | (3) Comments
So it has been a crazy long time since I have written a blog! For the last two weeks I have been working on the house, I was off of work from the 2nd -6th of april for our spring break. Not really a break actually I was looking forward to going back to work on the 9th.
The good part of that week was I got so much done, I painted three rooms and our hallway, which is way more work than it even sounds. Heres why, the kitchen and family room had panel to about chair rail height, this doesn't really sound to bad until we took the paneling off. we discovered that the previous owners had used liquid nails to put the paneling up. Umm..hello why it's just paneling use nails and move on.
Anyhow I had to scrap off the liquid nails fill it all in where the walls would come off with the liquid nails and go through and retexture the walls. Yick, I was really sick of looking at those walls by Wed. night and they didn't even have paint on them yet. So thanks to friends and my mom we got a coat of primer and three coats of paint up in the kitchen and family room and one wall of the living room between thurs. and sat. as well as getting the other three walls in the living room done too. We also sent much of Sat. with our friends purchasing furniture for our living room.
It was a terribly productive week/weekend. Then there are all the touch ups and other misc things that come up which we have been working on all week this past week after work. Busyness, but I think everything should be all put back together for the party next weekend which I am totally excited about.
Well maybe another blog later or tomorrow morning. Hope everyone is doing well and hopefully I will be able to rejoin the blogging world on a more regular basis after the party next weekend when I have some more free time again. I feel like it's been go go go for two or three weeks now!
Later all have great weekend!
Me, back to my normal nonevil and happy self

So I have to two very not positive posts that I almost didn't even want to write but that was the only way I was going to feel better about those issues was to feel like they were out there. It's okay though that's what it's for. I feel better now, I cryed on friday after I posted the article about work, that was of course right after I blew up at my husband for something stupid (I apologized and explained shortly after), then I was good.
Today should be a wonderful day at work other than it is suppose to storm again so that puts a serious damper (excuse the pun) on our walk that we go on everyday with the guys. Even though so far this week we have only gone on one walk yuck rain needs to go away the walks are great for them everyone has a better day when they get to have their walk. The exercise is good for them and it gets some extra energy out I think.
Should be good tomorrow too plus after work we are leaving for Cleveland which should be a blast. We have friends there that we are going to see for the weekend. They have passes to the international film festival that is there right now so that should be really neat. I'm excited to go hang out and party a little bit after all it's my birthday (on Sunday) should be fun.
Happy St. Patricks Day All!!

Chatterings!!
Posted on 3/7/2007 6:31:41 PM | (2) Comments
So I feel like writing but I don't really know what I want to write about tonight. I don't have anything I need vent about, which seems to be the case when I normally feel like writing, so now what. I don't have the writing talent that downscope has so I fear that my chatterings will be incredibly boring but who knows every now and then I make a funny.
So back to the what now, I have definitely noticed it is easier to write when something is wrong. I think sometimes people don't like writing about the good because everybody can relate to the bad. But I think everybody can relate to the good as well if they want to and that's a big part of it that they want to.
I am all about some good right now because it seems that life is falling into place for me. I am so happy about having a job or what I think I maybe (no jumping the gun to quickly but if the show fits...) calling my career (I hope) it's crazy. There really is something about loving your job that makes going to work better and makes life in general better. It still amazes me how happy and how much more upbeat I have been lately. Although I am pretty sure this happiness will continue I have to also hope that it continues!
Have a lovely Thursday everyone!!
Smile it's contagious!! (that was sort of cheesy but all to true)
The next Harry Potter
Posted on 3/5/2007 7:17:57 PM | (0) Comments

So yes I was sucked in, way back when the books first came out before the merchandising was huge and before they were movies. I believe it was my sophomore year of high school, I remember not being able to put that very first Harry Potter book down. Now I can't wait for the last book to come out. So now it's time to start rereading them all as I have done every time the next book in the series comes out. So off I go on my wizarding adventure.
P.S. the next book is due to come out in July, the 21st to be exact if anyone is interested.
Rain, Rain blah blah blah

Thunderstorms while there is snow on the ground who ever heard of such a thing?? Ohioans that's who!! Crazy insane weather we have around here!! I'm pretty it's getting weirder too. Hmmm...oh well nothing you can do about time to sit back and watch the pretty lightening.
So have I told anyone lately that I love my job?? It's awesome, I have learned so much and I am learning new things everyday. I have this distinct feeling that lots of very good things are about to change around there. More new staff and more new students yeah!! On a sad note one of our current staff has had to make the decision to leave us she is not entirely happy about it but it is something she had to do.
I am very happy to have the first two weeks almost out of the way that helps to put me at ease some b/c I have gotten use to schedules, behaviors, quicker thinking (still need to work on this some but I'm gettin there), academics, and all the other good stuff that comes with the new job. I have feeling more comfortable in my new shoes that I am learning to fill. So far I think I am filling them pretty well.
Have a good weekend all!! I have come to appreciate the weekends again I do enjoy my job but man it's pretty tiring!! Audios Amigos!!
Quick Update

Just wanted to let everyone know that the job is going great, things are getting easier and I am learning so much. So after my first reaction which was odd even to me, I am now so excited about what I am doing. I have also started researching grad school. Wow things are good!!
More tonight!!
New Job
Posted on 2/21/2007 1:11:50 PM | (1) Comments

So I had my first day at the school yesterday, I'm not sure what to say about it. It's not that I was surprised by the guys that was not a shock to me I was aware of basically what that would be like. I think the weird feeling I have after reflecting my day is the psychology student in me. Okay so this sounds lame I know but stick with me for a minute. Yesterday was meant for observation and I did a ton of that, not that there wasn't some participation with the guys obviously there was, but most of my day was spent watching and thinking about the things going on around me.
I am still totally excited about this job, but I think the weird feeling is me getting use to teaching a sixteen year old to write his name and all the while wondering what is going on in that brain of yours guy. It's not totally out there to think that he thinks we are a bunch of idiots, however when it comes to knowing what he thinks we don't cuz he's nonverbal. So the first day definitely had an affect on me and didn't go exactly how I might have imagined it.
All things take time and I always adjust slowly to new jobs and new people so I expect in a few weeks I will be in a place, mentally, that will surprise me had you told me yesterday afternoon about two oclock that that's were I would be. I'm not sure that the last sentence made any sense but that's okay! As for today no school! We got some pretty crazy fog that lingered pretty heavily until about one in the afternoon. Worked out it gave me sometime to think and set myself straight so I will be ready for tomorrow I'm on a mission to get out of my shell quicker at this job than I have before at past jobs!
Coffee, not just for breakfast anymore
Posted on 2/18/2007 9:46:54 AM | (0) Comments
I was driving home from work the other day, after filling out all the necessary (but boring) paperwork you have to do when you start a new job, and stopped for a coffee at the gas station that is along the way. Now normally stopping for coffee has no real effect on me other than the little bit of pleasure I receive from my afternoon cup of coffee.
Today was however different it sparked a thought in me as I was driving away from the gas station with my coffee cup in hand. My first thought was "people probably think it's odd to drink coffee in the afternoon" Now this thought of course comes from a deeper association that coffee goes with breakfast. So then a started paying attention to other people while at lights and what not and of course there are many others driving around with coffee.
So coffee is obviously not just a drink with breakfast, which I obviously knew. The point of this whole seeming pointless story was the random appearance of a childish thought in my head. As a child we think very simply, ie coffee=breakfast drink end of story, our brains are set up to be simple until a certain point in our development. Coffee is not the only thing that I thought of the other day when I was going over this whole deal in my head. There are many things of similar simpleness that as a child we assumed.
I find these assumptions somewhat amusing but the really amusing part is that we don't always realize that they are there so when it occurred to me what was actually going on in my head it was really sort of funny. Aah the interesting ways are brains work.
Rambling on about many things!!!
Posted on 2/15/2007 7:19:30 AM | (1) Comments

Snow, we got about ten inchesish, Dan and I spent the day at home reading and drinking coffee good day!
I still feel like I want to watch it about two or three more times to catch all the little things of significance that I know I missed the first time and that I know I will probably miss the next time. This is a very good movie, it really engages your mind and makes you think about many things that maybe you wouldn't normally.

I am excited and scared about the job so at the orientation I was happy to see that there was another women that was new that would be working with me a Pemberville. It relieved some of my nerves to know I wouldn't be the only newbie. I'm not alone!
Anyhow this facility in Whitehouse is so neat, they have different levels of residential care that they provide from full assistance, to assisted living to co-op which is the lowest level of assistance. The farm part is neat from what we were able to see Tues. the snow sort of hindered the tour. The participants take care of the animals and crops and seems that they really, really enjoy it.
One last thing I noticed about the employees there, they all seemed to really love their job not something I am use to being around. I am totally excited about that though, I have always wanted a job that I really love and I think this one could be it, I predict, expect and am pretty sure that I will love it and will continue to love it for years to come!!
What a pretty Monday!! Randomness!!
Posted on 2/12/2007 7:21:47 AM | (0) Comments

So it's snowing again I'm not complaining, though most people do, I like the snow it's pretty. I don't mind driving in it either, of course I drive a four wheel drive truck so that helps. According to the news we are suppose to get about a foot of snow in the next two days that will be weird I haven't seen that much snow in awhile. Good thing Dan got the garage door opener installed yesterday so I don't have to clean the truck off, yes I'm lazy!
So I have figured out some more about this HTML stuff and played with my page some, as you may have noticed the color change. I can't figure out how or if I can to change the color of the blog titles and the comment button as well as my friends names basically all the links. When you click them they turn purple but I would think that you could change the start color. Anyhow, fun stuff!
Well I suppose I should get off the computer and get around I have to go get finger printed today and do background check stuff for my new job. I have training all day tomorrow and then I'm not sure if I will be at the school on wed. or not until Thurs. I suppose I will find out tomorrow. I also have to take one of the dogs to get her nails cut and I am debating on weather I should take her to the vet or not. She has this weird skin thing that has flared up again I have special shampoo for her that I have been using but she keeps digging at it so I'm not really sure if it is getting better or worse.
It should be an exciting week, scary though. I am totally scared of my new job just as I am totally exctied about the new job. Definitely some expectations to live up to and a new environment to get use to. Lot's to do and soak up!! Wish me luck I'm sure I will be fine but it's always a little nerve racking. Have a good week all!!
Yeah!!Yippy!!YaHoo!!andWooHoo!!

So pretty excited title there's a reason for that of course, I officially have the job at Bittersweet Farms. Not only did I get the job but they all seem to actually care that I have an education, in fact they even decided to start me a pay grade up because of my education. So wow I could seriously dance in circles and laugh I am so happy right now, weird I know but what are ya gonna do?
So I start Tuesday with my training and should be in the center by the end of the week!! Yeah, woohoo!! okay that was the last time I swear, I just can't believe I actually have a job I really want and that is actually in my field. I feel so grown up all of a sudden.
I suppose that's all for now, I don't have any other news and I believe I have all of my WooHoo's out of my system now if there are any stuck in there I will be sure to write again and get them out for all the newblog world to see. Thanks to all of you for your support and encouragement it helped a ton!! Smile all!!
Hey anybody now how to turn the heat back on? It's still super cold here, not as bad but still pretty cold!!
Autism on 'The View'.............
Posted on 2/6/2007 6:32:53 AM | (2) Comments

Here's the deal, I'm curious if anyone out there actually watched the whole episode of 'The View' on Monday January 29th?? I have only seen the clips that are on the website because of an appointment that I had that day the show was aired I was unable to watch, I also don't have cable so no tivo. I think that it is great that they decided to do a show about autism, the question is did they do it right?? Did they do a good job on the show they aired?? From the few things that I have read on different blog sites it seems that they did not do as good of a job as all had hoped.
I realize that it must be hard to do a good and comprehensive show on such a huge topic in a mere hour, however I would like to know how good the job was. I noticed that they did talk about or air clips of the film 'Autism everyday' which is great, I think it is an eye opening film, as much as a film can be. It's obvious that you don't know what it is like until you have been there day in and day out, there is no way to know till you have been there.
Hopefully some one has seen this episode and can give me some valuable information on the quality of this specific show.
Really, Really cold Monday in Feb, Brrr...

I think it is very possible that the job search is over, I had an interview on Friday at bittersweet farms (they provide vocational and residential services to adults and children with autism). The human resources director that I interviewed with basically told me I had the job but I have to meet with the supervisor at the center I will be working at. I already filled out the background check info and she told me about all the other things, physical and tb test and gave me all the info to go and get those things done. Anyhow the girl is suppose to get ahold of me today or tomorrow when she has a chance and meet with me to finalize things. I don't want to get ahead of myself but I am really excited this is definitely something I really want to do I think it is going to be a great job for me as well as a challenge which is something I am always looking for. (Bonus about the job: full time, m-f and 8-3:30)
So that was definitely a good start to my weekend! Fun weekend I got to spend the whole weekend with my husband and my friends, that's the way I like it! Friday Daniel came home from work sick about nine am. He slept all day woke up about two pm and was fine, a little funky head but he has allergies and that was all that was. So one of our friends came over that night we ate pizza and played monopoly, I lost as always. One Saturday we got up and went thrift shopping hopping to find some furniture for the house (desk, table and such. stuff for me to refinish I love refinishing furniture) no luck with the furniture though. Found a few books some work clothes for Daniel and a new Halloween decoration. It was fun! Sunday was for sleeping in, laying around watching movies, playing on the internet and watching the superbowl and my brother and sister in law's house. Oh yeah and I got to babysit the niece and nephew on Saturday night, that was fun!
The down fall to the weekend it has been really really cold all weekend. Today it was negative five when we got up at five thirty with a wind chill of negative twenty. YIKES!!! Not suppose to be much warmer all week, glad I don't have to work out in it!! Sorry to those that do!!
Hope everyone had a great weekend!!!

Now I have tryed to figure out how to fix this and I haven't been able to figure it out. If anyone could offer and suggestions that would be wonderful!!

So three more job interviews this week, how exciting, I guess people really do like me. One interview with a daycare, on with an autism home/school and one with the bank. Really don't want to go back to the bank but it seems like a good back up if the others fall through. I really want a job again bad!!! How often do you hear that anyways excited I am!!!
Job Interview Results????
Posted on 1/26/2007 5:49:06 AM | (1) Comments
Well obviously I don't know what the results are yet, it is possible that I will know by the end of the day today but I'm not counting on it. The interview seemed to go pretty well althought they did ask situational questions that pertain to an environment that I have never been in they seemed very common sense. For example: what would you do if you were out with some of the residence and the van broke down, mind you there are two individuals in wheelchairs and two in car seats. Well obviously your going to need another van so you call the center so they can send one not that hard, of course you precede to keep everyone calm and in the vehicle. The other situational question were all similar to this testing common sense I think so we shall see how this goes.

Spanking, my views....
Posted on 1/25/2007 6:28:06 AM | (1) Comments
I posted a blog the other day about a piece that I say on the early show. They were reporting on a spanking ban in California and the controversy surrounding it. Here's the link again if your interested so you don't have to go back down to the other blog.
http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2007/01/20/national/main2380441.shtml
So I thought I might include my thoughts here because I sort of touched on them in the first blog and I realize that this may have come off the wrong way, not sure. First of all the idea of having the "ban on spanking" is ridiculous; for one it's unenforceable, and two because it's taking away a parents right and choice to discipline their children in the manner they see fit.
Now obviously there is a HUGE difference between spanking your child and beating them. Many child abusers aren't even caught or punished and they think that they are actually going to enforce this ban, it's kind of a joke really there are definitely better things that they could be spending their time on. Such as, I don't know getting kids out of abusive situations or getting people to pay their child support, hmm...what and idea.
Personally I am not against spanking. However I do believe that it is only appropriate now and then as an effective way of getting a child's attention. I agree with the comment that was on the original blog about this topic, I would rather spank my child and get their attention then have them wander into traffic and get hurt. I do also believe that one should pay attention to the things they spank for, don't make it a counter productive act. I hope this clarifies my opinion on the subject, I'm not sure if I have conveyed my ideas effectively.
Job Interview

WooHoo I have an interview for a job I actually want on Wed. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, can't get to excited should probably maintain some composure. Still excited thought!!!!
Spanking debate
Posted on 1/22/2007 6:45:00 AM | (0) Comments
Spanking illegal?? (California)
http://www.cbsnews.com/sections/earlyshow/main500202.shtml
Check out the story, it is actually being aired right now (Monday 22, 2007 @ 7:40am) so I don't know how soon it will be on the website, some time today I assume.
How interesting the debate.
Seems counter productive to me, you do get there attention but when you tell them not to hit then you spank them hmm doesn't make sense to me. More from me later, I really have to go!
Aaahs Sundays as they should be!!!
Posted on 1/22/2007 6:38:31 AM | (1) Comments
So, I miss Sundays like the one we had yesterday it had been so long, it was a great day. We got up, drank coffee, watched some news online, got dressed/around, and went and rented movies. Then the rest of the day was movies.
Heres where we started:
I'm always skeptical about a sequal no matter what the first movie was, even when you know before you see the first one that there will be a second. This is because they seem to put all the effort into the first one and suck people in then they just sort of put the next one out. Now this isn't how it always goes but it seems to happen often. I was pleasently suprised with this movie it was every bit as cute and funny as the first one, good movie!
Next:
This was a movie that my husband had heard was good and thought that I would enjoy, it was definitly good. The basic plot of this movie is the guy is trying to get "home" (term used lightly), to his exwifes house for his daughters birthday, she doesn't want him there infact he scares the crap out of her. Anyway, the movie basically goes through what happens when a person acts on everything that annoys them. Good movie, but the guy does actually have something mentally wrong with him. I would not suggest following in this characters footsteps.
Next:
This one was cute but not great.
And the Feature Presentation:

This was a good movie, I had it sort of figured out I knew one thing for sure but I couldn't put it all together. Good movie I highly recommend it. Thanks to Bud and Kari for suggesting it to me.
Along with the last movie was dinner and some very good wine, mmmm....yummy
Good stuff!
Well that's all for now I suppose I have to go shower and get around. I have to take my Aunt and my Grandma to get some blood work done today. OH, by the way we did get some snow yesterday but it wasn't even an inch. Suppose to get some more today, yeah snow, so pretty!!
Snow, hardly
Posted on 1/19/2007 6:12:22 AM | (0) Comments

So we have finally got what the news shows are calling snow, hardly. It will only be snow until the sun comes out then it will be gone, it's bearly a dusting I see more grass than snow. Apparently we are suppose to get more, I will believe it when I see it we were suppose to get it last weekend too and got a dusting. I know most people dread snow but a like it and I don't mind driving in it too much. Anyway bring on the snow!!
And the winners are!
Posted on 1/16/2007 11:01:58 AM | (1) Comments
So sweater party was a blast, I got first, the coyote sweater got second and the glitter twins got third. Yeah, for good times!!
Rainy, yucky looking, possibly snowy weekend!
Posted on 1/13/2007 6:26:56 AM | (1) Comments
So still excited about the sweater party for sure it will be fun and amusing. I get to see my brother in law in a women's sweater I mean seriously people how much funnier does it get, okay I'm sure there is but for now I'm going to pretend like this is it the funniest thing out there. I also can't wait to see everybody elses sweaters, fun fun fun.
There are some bummers about the weekend other than the yucky weather. First bummer my husand ended up having to work in order to not get layed off (we hope, that wasn't even a for sure) so he doesn't get to go. He's pretty bummed he hasn't said anything but I can tell, he's really hoping that they get done today and are told they don't have to work tomorrow so he can come later to the party. (party is in cleveland we live around toledo, couple hour drive) I hope this works out for him.
Sucks, he was gone all last summer and has been still working six ten hour days since he got back until I think the last three weeks and then this. I think he feels left out cuz he hasn't gotten to do alot of things with us like he's missed alot. Anyhow it will be alright he won't work overtime forever.
The other bummer for the weekend in my sister in laws van broke down last night (riding to cleveland with her and the brother in law, it's her brothers party, we may as well call him my brother in law too, we are all really close). She spent hours cleaning it, went and filled it up and then stopped at the store and when she went to leave it wouldn't start. Had to have it towed blah blah, needs to get a rental.
Not like we don't have another vehicle we can take but it's such a pain in the butt for them for what will probably be something totally stupid or something that shouldn't have happened. She want's to go get the rental this morning before we leave, but shes not sure yet. She's suppose to call so we will see.
As far as thr rain and yucky cloudyness goes any of you can have it if you would like it I'll keep the snow, I like it very pretty stuff.
No job leads yet still working on that.
Have a great weekend!
2nd Annual Bad Sweater Party!!
Posted on 1/12/2007 5:50:15 AM | (0) Comments
So I love a theme party, I'm all about hunting out some good attire to wear so we can all look really stupid together and drink. Hey why not? This weekend is all about the ugliest sweater you can find, and Rog & D's house warming too, but the sweaters oh they will be awful, it's so fun to see what everyone finds in the many different thrift stores visited.
Here is a pic of me from last years bad sweater party and then I will introduce you to our hosts!
Rog
D
I'll have to post a pic of Kami and I next week, our sweaters are great this year!

After spending four hours on Monday searching the internet for a job I discovered that I have been looking at my job hunt in the wrong light. I seem to be dreading it and definitly have not been excited about the whole process. When I realized this I also realized that this dread was working against me. By not looking forward to putting the time into this activity I tend to procrastinate and look for the easy solution to the problem.
The sooner I find an answer the less time I have to spend looking for it. However the answer so far has been the wrong one. By just accepting what comes along I am in the long run shorting myself of things that could be wonderful. I have decieded to take myself more seriously and really make finding a job I want my job.
I have recently realized all of these things and I have also come across some new found confidence in the last six months to one year of my life. I have learned how independant I can be. It's time to put these new found strengths to use and stop looking at the bad and start finding the good. No more being discouraged by the things that go wrong or the people that don't accept me. Time for change and time for me to find my calling, my career, what will make me happy.

Quick Update.....okay sort of quick
Posted on 1/8/2007 9:49:37 AM | (0) Comments
So quick update for anyone who is interested.
So where to start, first of all I am now unemployed agian because target decieded to get rid of the seasonal help two weeks early but didn't schedule me for the last week I should have worked. Sat. the sixth was my last day there now back to finding a job. I did interveiw for another daycare but it is just opening so they didn't have full enrollment and the few people they did hire they needed to have the experience behind them.
This daycare may still come through but we will have to wait and see if the enrollment ups or not and see how things go from there. I did get some valuable information on classes that I should take to help my resume out. So I will be contacting the local red cross to get into those classes and hope that this helps.
For now I guess it's time to get another job and get the classes done and do some volunteering. I have gone through this crap too much with looking for a job and it's really tiring but here we go again, maybe the classes and the voluteering will give me some added confidence as well. Though I have to say I have done very well I think at my last few interveiws, good for me anyway. It's definitly true that the more you do something the easier it gets.
Well that's all for now I have some bills to take care of and a job to find!! Wish me luck!!

So as much as I am up in the air about religion and all that sort of thing I am really into astrology and I really believe in it. I find it fascinating and decieded to learn more! Figured what better place then my sign, which I share with my best friend!
ARIES
Traits: energetic, adventurous, pioneering, courageous, enthusaistic, confident, dynamic, and quick witted. However we also tend to be: selfish, quick tempered, impulsive, impatient, foolhardy, and daredevils.
ABOUT:
We are energetic and are glued to our purpose or project whatever it is that we are doing, unless of course we don't get quick results and then our impatience tends to rear it's ugly head. We are leaders not followers so we tend to struggle when we have to be the follower, showing concern for those that are the leaders hoping that they are responsible people. There is a general unwillingness to obey directions that we find to have no real reason or purpose.
Much concerned with our self’s, which is negative and positive, we tend to be self centered worrying only about our own advancement and physical satisfaction; we also tend to be headstrong, argumentative, restless, and at times quick tempered. You have to watch the Aries as she is easily offended and is capable of holding a grudge if she has feels she has been offended.
Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, we are Arians which simply means “get something started and lead the way” the sun in this position has positive influence on us it leaves us free to do our will, we are free to express ourselves in the possible role of leadership leading others to find something great about themselves or help some cause that we are passionate about. However with positives come negatives we tend to make it hard for others to relate to us as we truly are with the sun in this position.
High sex drive and passionate, fastidious lovers as well as easily bored with moderation and slowness in companions are more traits that are part of the this zodiac sign. We tend to be sensitive ourselves but don’t always see or acknowledge the sensitivity of others. Rushing into relationships, especially marriage, is a tendency that leads us to a sticky end with the possibility of boredom leading to promiscuity and divorce. When it come to our children we are highly, highly devoted parents willing to lay down our lives so that our children might live, you will not find a more highly defensive and loving parent in all the zodiac.
Arians tend to be one way or the other, we are either totally for something or totally against it we are not really very good with being on the middle ground. Push or be pushed, pro something or anti it, ecstatic or depressed. We need to steer clear of negative thought or we tend to get totally rapped up in it, but we also have the tendency to get overly excited about something and go way over the top with it as well.
Generally bull headed, pushy, and the get it done/leadership type there is still some sheep in the ram. There are times when the Aries will give into societal demands to quietly obtain goals. We also tend to give into social situations when we know that something is bigger than what we can manage to change, this is one of our greatest accomplishments because it requires patients, which is not a trait normally portrayed by the Arian.
HEALTH CONCERNS:
Aries governs the head and brain, so we tend to have issues with headaches, migraines, and depression. (I think seasonal depression is a big issue with us)
LIKES:
Action, Challenges, Coming in first, Spontaneity, and Champion causes.
DISLIKES:
Waiting around, Admitting to failure, Other peoples advice, No opposition, and Tyranny.
COLOR:
Red
PLANET:
Mars
STAR STONE:
Diamond

So christmas was great as always hung out at my parents house all day on christmas day then went bowling (with his brother and sister in law) as per tradition. Played three games and my sister in law won the darth tater trophy which goes to the winner of the first game (the before we are drunk game). We had a smaller group this year than last, were much more calm, and drank significantly less. Still definitly a good time thought!
Kari and Darth Tater
Tuesday was nice too neither of us worked on Tuesday we got a ton done around the house. Then we had his mom, his brother, wife and kids over as well as our friend Jason for christmas gifts. The kids had a great time and I was so happy to finally have people over to the house since it's somewhat more a house now still have a ton to do though.
Crappy part of the last three days is that we have both been sick with sinuses junk, coughing and sore throats yuckyness I would love for it to go away in time I know.
So I have another daycare interview on Friday can't wait this one should be good and result in something hopefully!
Hope everyone had a good christmas and I hope you have a fun and safe New Years Eve. I have no plans for this event yet we will see how the two of us are feeling by then, hopefully better, then maybe we will make some plans who knows! Have a good one all!

Hi I'm back... it's been a while, I had some personal issues that I had to resolve... But I've missed you very much! Wonder if you could accept my friend invite? Thanks and hugs!
